So homies, I finally got it my teg worked on by my mechanic, and unfortuantely theres a lot wrong with it. I have wiring problems or my ECU is burnt out, I have no compression in 2 cylinders, and at the moment I think i'm just going to give up and sell it locally to someone thats willing to take care of it. Got an offer, and i'm probably going to take it.
Sucks to give up on a car that I've put a lot of work into, but I really don't have the time to keep it going. I just started school again and its sucks having to steal my moms jeep (not to mention how much gas it sucks up) to get around.
As for a new project, I'm going to take a look at a 92 Civic Hatch tomorrow. Luckly its still got AC, unmolested, stock minus some wheels, sidemarkers and some m3 mirrors (easy fix).
I'll keep you guys updated...

I would just get another ECU and get an engine harness from a parted out car. You could probably find one on G2IC.
