i bought a 12 ton press just to do my bushings. my car feels like its brand new besides the huge need for body work. i have the asr setup with heim joint endlinks and it feels so efing solid around turns. i fall the hell out of my seat.

Me and leo (DA9leo) did this with that 12 ton press and it only worked on the lower rear control arms. The front lower control arm had a weird angle and the ton plates kept sliding off. For some reason it wasn't enough pressure to press the bushing out the lower control arm. It was all worth it though.

Prettttty sure that all the B series have a very similar final drive. I know B16 and GSR are the same, at least.

As far as I know the only OEM b series final drives are:
4.267
4.400
4.785

And there are aftermarket 4.9's available. The GSR YS1 comes stock with a 4.4 FD.

Does anyone have a master kill on their car? Care to show where you mounted it? I am going to install one soon for the drag strip.

It should work just fine. Assuming the cap isn't defective the problem will be something else. I know that my stupid Fluidyne wasn't made properly and the filler neck is at the wrong angle. So if you turn the cap to where it normally sits, it'll leak at high pressure and overheat, you gotta turn the cap another 90deg to get it to seal. For months I thought I had bought a bad Spoon cap.

I had a similar problem too Colin.
Simple test would be to go buy an OEM cap and try that.

Bleed system, make sure coolant and overflow are full.

Check thermo.

Wait so the relay was bad and now that you replaced it the fan comes on by itself?
