DA Integra's Only
Either get it powder-coated back to stock or give it a nice bath...lots of scrubbing...if it is chipped or the paint has faded, i would suggest powder-coating it
I might also suggest, if that does not work, to take it to a car wash (self) and use some tire acid...now make sure that you do not leave that stuff on there for more than 30 seconds or it will do more damage than good man...but when you spray a light coating on scrub with a good sponge or something non-abrasive...that should do the trick for hard to get up oil stains and such
I guess my parents don't want me tearing apart mydash also haven't had much free time due to school and figuring out college so lucky me my parents are hooking it up. No car next week but it'll all be fixed than I'm going to get tinted maybe 25 rear 35 50 front

its actually very easy...and there is absolutely no need to remove the trim surrounding the button..they made it sound harder than it is

"Install an in-line fuse on the extension lead, [close to the fuse box, and no more then 5A] then plug the lead into one of the free pins, there is a 12V+ constant, [hot at all times] 2nd ign., [hot in run] and a park light free pin, [hot when park/head lights are on] I would suggest the 2nd ign. free pin."
I don't really understand this part.. help me plzzzz!
where are these pins located? any pics? tips?

when you look at your fuse box under your dash, not every location for a fuse (pin) will be used. they're simply saying to tap into one of those locations (pins). as you look at the diagram that you should have on the fuse box cover, it should show you whats free
I think i got it from here.
Just one more thing. It's recommended that i use the 2nd ign. pin.
i've searched for this "2nd ign. pin" but i can't seem to find it.
actually i dont know how DA's are but i had actual pins at the top of my fuse box and i used them to wire my foglights on my DB6 jdm front, using a switch.
if you are gonna run a kill switch why not just tap into the fuel pump hot circuit and run a switch from that...?

I ran the wire into a fuse slot and the headlight just stays on but the foglights are completely disabled. even when i turn the fog switch on.
Here's what i did: Cut the wire (Red with Yelow line) and put a 5a fuse in between the extended wire that runs into a fuse slot.
Prepare yourself for a horrible diagram:
Dashes (---) = wire
RED/YELLOW WIRE that was connected to FOG switch is connected to EXTENDED WIRE--------------5a fuse--------------FUSE SLOT.
WTF am i doing wrong?
Hope that made some kind of sense. LOL

hmm, im really not sure man... are you sure you hooked up the right part of the wire to the wire extension? supposed to hook up the wire coming from the switch to the fuse box. then the other part thats still in the harness you cap off. maybe you mixed them up?
