OMG aint this a freakin joke. Have you ever ridden on megan tracks, some of the best coilovers made in existance for drifting. My buddy is a die hard tien fan, until he scored a set of megan track coils for his Q45 and his silvia hatch.

I also have talked to many people who run d2 coils and they love them. Blox, whats wrong with them, passwordjdm carries there stuff the almighty god store for people on here. Really man, some people dont pay for a name or have a boner for a setup people preach. Like my friend you runs a skunk coil with kyb sport shocks on his lude for togue, has no problems with it nor any complaints.

but to his there own i believe, dont knock it if you aint tried it i believe is the other saying.

It's not only paying for a name, it's paying for QUALITY with actual Research and Development behind it. I don't have info on Megan stuff, but I'm definitely sure they are an outsourced company, meaning nothing is made by them. If you want to go off what your friends think about crappy coilovers, go for it. Also, I'm going to really doubt Megan makes the best coilovers for drifting.

Its ok i have road in all my friends drift cars with Megan Track Coils, and been n the car while we were drifting at local events. I am pretty sure that coils quality is determined on the track while trying to go sideways and preventing wheel hop. Not riding around town on them. Thats just my opinion. They are dam good coil overs for the price, prolly not the absolute best, but a better set for what you can pick them up for.

i never said the ones i bought were super duper dope, but dont knock the company and the companies quality as a whole because of it. They will do the job for now, thats all i need them to do.

hey matt, do you happen to know when capital raceway opens up? i know it wont be for a lil while but we are working right down the street from there right now so we pass that road every day. just curious...we want to come down there sometime this year
It normally first week in March.
Last year they had a few events to start off the year, nothing big.

I mean isn't everything now-a-days a knock off of something. That's just how the market is, those products really aren't that bad. People knock Blox and OBX to no END but most have never had 1st hand experience with them. There are so many cars right now running OBX throttle bodies, LSD's and even their ITBS , same with blox.

I'm glad to say I have a lot of those Chinese knock off parts on my car and it runs perfect, no one would ever know the difference if I didn't tell them. And I saved a lot of money in the end!

Falken RT-615, Kumho Ecsta XS, Dunlop Star spec Z1, Advan Neova AD08, Hankook RS3, Bridgestone RE-11 etc...
Thankx for the advice, but cant you see why I cut them with my a-arm choice?

They are 94-01 integra a arms which aren't the right ones for a Da to begin with. I am almost positive that's why he's saying that. You gotta look at it from his point of view... you cut up your shock towers to put something on that's known to not work on Da's because of the problems it causes. I'm not trying to start anything but think about it.

the problem is that you had to CUT HOLES IN YOUR SHOCK TOWERS. It wasnt even necessary with height that your car is at, you should have been no where near to the point where your car would bottom out. du ma bull siet wtf man

Quit bustin my ***** already about it. ITS DONE! From 3 years experience riding this way dude, nothing is bent or structurally wrong. Leave it alone already. I dont wanna go lower. I cant go over speed bumps, but I do have kids that have to get to certain places. I cant rides 1" off the ground. I already had to apply undercoating 2 times.

It's been known for years about skunk2 a arms having problems. This is a quick search and i didn't even copy all of the other links i found. One of the links even says how the dc ones are a different size. Do you want me to search other websites and pull up a bunch of other threads to?

Interesting....but nobody was talking about how detrimental the DC arms are to the DA. Some like some dont. They compared the EF skunk2 arm to the others. *** a Revo kit! I had that and the fukin ball joints went out after 3 months.

I know the DC are a different size. I used a vise in reverse to spread the arms an 1" to fit the anchor bolt holes.

All in all, Im happy with what I have.
