I'm usually in shutter priority mode and set to a speed of 1/100 for side shots, faster for head on shots. If I'm on a low speed corner, I'll slow it down to 1/80.

^^ dude come on. I've pulled that thing off like 10 times and never had to have anyone help me. you're obviously overlooking something.

 

My brother just bought a 92 Integra GS-R and he needs a new b17 head or do you guys know a different head to put on there? I know the b17 is rare as for the car itself is rare too.

 

b17 heads = b16 heads = PR3 heads which are everywhere.

 

He should get a b16 head then? GSR block+B16 head=poor man's ITR engine

Shud hve mention it earlier... it's not specifically for DA but for Honda EG. The rear suspension went in just fine but for the front i had to swapped the fork with the EG's. (the bottom end of the suspension is too big to fit into DA's fork).

U're right... i couldn't find it anywhere in the web as well. I was told that they brought in direct from Japan n they couldn't really sure wat the spring rate was. I left it to my mechanic to figure out the math and to balance the car and..... it worked out fine with me on the track n road. Sorry couldn't b much help on that.. will get back to u when i get more info.

 

got my white gs/gsr oem wing today, cant wait for it to warm up so the hatch can get sanded and primed and painted..

i took out everything the panels but i still cant the the heater buttons out. i cant un scre the white bracket that holds the AC ***** to the heater buttons. because i need to resolder my heater buttons because it doesn't switch between all the modes it just stays at the open vents so i cant defroster or anything. i just cant get it out...

 

did you take out the center console???

 

no. you heard wrong. B18C motors + b16 heads = poorman ITR's

b17 blocks with b16 heads = b17's TADA! see how i did that. there is no such thing as a b17 head. they are simply obd1 b16 heads, identical to every piece of metal.

 

that hasnt helped cus its tiny as shyt and if u zoom it blurs..if u need the big one i got it haha

The definition of poor mans itr has changed alot over the years, people used to call lsvtec a poormans itr, then ANY gsr block with a b16 head, and now apparently its only b18C blocks with b16 heads. wtf man.

 

i've only ever heard of b18c block with b16 head as the poor mans type r...

me too....lsvtec = maintaining the ls rod ratio with vtec head, poorman's itr = 1.8L vtec block and b16 head (ctr or itr head if you got it like that)

 

its not me thats making up these things lol, its what other people have been saying for years
