Hi,

i am new in the forum. I have 2 HX40 Holsets but they have the 56mm inducer 8 Blade impeller. I would like to install something bigger. Do you guys maybe have the Holset part numbers for:
6 blade impeller with 60 mm Inducer and the compressor housing to fit this.

7 Blade impeller 60mm inducer and the compressor housing to fit.

Thanks a lot

hi

I have a guy in the USA that has plasma cut plates for HX35W 5 bolt exhaust exit flanges

Price is good

service is excellent

example i made a paypal payment and once it was cleared he dispatched 5 plates to me from the USA to Melbourne Australia and it arrived within 6 days.

So if anyone needs plates just PM me and i will pass on his details to you and you can make the order direct from RK

cheers

The one I got came with a cast iron elbow, no v-band.

Anybody know if the flange is the same as a garrett?

I'm fairly certain it is NOT the same as a Garrett. If this is going on your red devil, I'm excited. One of the places buried in this impossibly long thread sells holset flanges

I have a dwg of the Holset flange, and can get them cut at pretty reasonable rates.

The flange file is available on the net, but I forget the address of the site.

Yea, it's for the little bastard. Picked up a well used hx35 off my buddies 2001 dodge truck, I'm curious what it will do on the little single cam. I'll mess with it later this year, probably during the summer when it's too hot to do anything else. I guess i'll look through the 89 pages again, just hope it's not one of the many dead links.

You are correct, here's a link to some files of the flange for a hx35.

Talked to the new guy at work today, he said we could probably cut the elbow off the stock flange and weld to it.

I have an HX35 16cm turbo and on DSMTuners.com, the guys are all talking about a Borg-Warner housing that makes it equivalent to the B-W S362 (if i remember right). Anyone have any info on this, ive looked around and cant find any info, and if i post a question like this on DSMTuners, they get all pissy and no one answeres.
