Will your intercooler be hidden by your front bumper? I got a well.... fitment issue with mine haha its a little big.

i install a he351vgt turbo on my f22b1 today. i took it up the road it would not spool till about 5500rpm 6psi on a 8psi spring wastegate. Do you think it would be a boost leak or just to big of a turbo. I had a turbonetics 60 trim that was way better spooled at 3500 rpms. Man it so slow now what you guys think.

 

You need to close the veins up and it will spool quicker.

 

had to turn the compressor housing you think that would effect it. It dont even have a turbo jet sound. I tested it for boost leaks nothing is leaking. i turned the vgt both ways nothing helps me spool faster any advice

 

Are you using anything to hold the vgt to one side or the other? If not then the exhaust pressure is pushing the veins back to open.

 

What holset makes the most power woukd i be an hx 40. And what is the h1c good up too?

 

I got my he351ve vgt f22b1 civic running good today man i love it. I used a spring to hold the vgt closed then as the exhaust pressure rises the vgt will open on it own i hope. either way it spools fast as hell way better than my 60/62 turbonetics. It feel way faster to. i had to add alot more fuel to the tune. I think it feel better at 8psi than my old setup felt at 15psi. going to the drag strip soon so i will find out.

Not yet i will take it tommorrow night if it dont rain. There is hurricane coming up the east coast so it may rain. It is a 1/8th mile track near my house

what fitting are you using on the oil inlet on an hx35.. motors built, parts are here, everything is figured out, except this.. please help.. can't find anything
