Interesting choice of rates. Is your car daily driven?

Heres where i chime in

On the type I i daily drove my car(before we even opened for business) for over a year, 22k miles on my car that year. On many settings but full stiff the majority of the year. When i took them off and sold them to another memeber here, THEY WERE IN GREAT CONDITION!! i think he still has them on his car right now, i have pics on our type I thread of the coil-overs when they were removed.

My type II i have been riding on since last april. (they were released to public in august) and no problems. And the production version is better than my version(more adjustments, and shorter rear mounts, and better rubber components), and no problems. I even have my car at near stock height right now and i can still give somebody a test ride, and they are impressed.

So daily driving is not a problem on these! I think they are some of the best dual purpose suspensions out there

I had the type one's on my del sol (10k/6k) and wasn't happy with the ride quality regardless of shock adjustment (Tried many different settings). They got me pretty low, but not as low as I'd like. Traded the car before I took the locking collars out.

I have d2's on my hatch right now and they ride a million times better for some reason.
