pm me pworld.. and they said this:
The type II is 18 level adjustable, full ride height adjustable (not sure if the new TEIN SS adjust ride height from the lower mount) our type II has a nice smooth dampening even on bigger cars and luxury cars (many can vouch for how our G35 rides as low as it is). I havent worked with the tein SS yet or tested it. But i know from the older versions our suspensions go lower. TEINs arent designed to go low, they are more for performance and handling not slam.

.. does any one know what they mean by lower mount?.. where do teins lower theirs from?

I'm sorry I'm not quite sure what they meant by lower mount.

But I am still trying to get an idea of when the Type II's will become available for the DC5?

I think the shaft is bigger; the adjuster is different/better. Overall they are improved. But I know someone with the type 1 set up and they are good also.

means that you can preload the spring and you adjust the height from the lower collar and not from the perch of the spring.

i just got my F2s in last week and the ride height is awesome. i was a little unhappy with the ride quality, it seems really bouncy to me, but i havent had it aligned yet and i think my lugs havent been tightened evenly so that could be the problem. other then that the F2s get a ! ill put up pictures of my hatch later.

Function is offering a upgrade spring option for swift springs... so you can buy a set of coilovers and add the option then you have swift springs along with a great set up...

as well as the "DRAG" option as well with rear struts valved for 1000lb springs.. </TD></TR></TABLE>

Swift also supplies the springs for the Spoon coilovers.

I'm going to pick up a set of their lowering springs for the Fit and a set of F2s for the hatch, maybe the Swift upgrade.

Not really too much you can do there. You can ride the slingshot, experience the downtown night life, recommended on Fri & Sat. Hard Rock, Planet Hollywood, and The Globe are places that come to mind. There's really not much to do there, I can recommend some great places to eat though.

For dining I suggest the Hiltons downstairs dinner buffet, which has a different theme every night. If you like Pho, Hoa Mai and Pho Noodle House come to mind, both serve great "Vietnamese Loompia", but towards the end of my stay there I started going to the noodle house more. Another soup to try is Fuji Ichiban, which is a Japanese ramen house, but they serve some bomb fried chicken called Karage. Drench that in lemon with a side of rice and you're golden. For Thai cuisine, try out Marianas Trench. I recommend one of their curries and Bangkok Wings. Micronesia Mall and Guam Premier Outlets both have theaters and a wide variety of food to choose from. For all out authentic Island Style bar-b-que check out Chamorro Village in Hagatna, it's only once a week but I can't remember the day, it's either Tuesday, Wed., or Thurs. If you want some bomb Jamaican Jerk Chicken, I highly recommend The Jamaican Grill. Feeling like Japanese, try Aji Ichi and have a bento box.

There are other places too, check it out. Drive around the island, visit one of the many historic war sites, dress for warm-hot tropical and humid weather, and don't be surprised by rain or the top speed limit of 45mph.
