The Official EF Discussion Thread
Just picked up these for stuuupid cheap. Buddy club p1 racing 2 15x7+35. Anyone got a pic of them on an ef? very hard to find pics of these wheels.
Can anyone with stock rear lower control arms take a pic for me?
I was trying to look for stock replacement Si arms because I thought mine were bent, but from what I'm pulling up online, it appears I may have the DX or RT4 ones with the bend in them.
Then bend matches pretty good on both arms. Whats throwing me off is when my friend owned the car he had taken it to Han Motoring to try and get some help getting it aligned. They told him they did some 'custom' bends to the control arms to get it aligned - which it did line up perfect after.
But in looking over the suspension since I've owned it, I cant find any evidence of these 'custom' bends - until I saw my rear LCA's.

I actually popped in here because my coupe is drive-able now. Therefore, the CRX is up next. It goes on stands this weekend. I need to order up new fenders, roll them, paint them, sell all my 949's, buy new wheels, replace bearings/hubs/studs, and then get an alignment. Shooting for a March 1 completion date.

fenders/flares/side skirts are for sale to anyone willing to purchase them. I have so much money invested in it all...I'm willing to let it go for cheap (nearly $2,000 invested in parts, body work/paint).
I'll be ordering up some 15x8 TE37s and YES, I will ship the 949s, but they are coming with tires and I will not separate.
First set is the pseudo chrome finish and Nitto NT-01s =
2- 15x8 w/225/45/15
2- 15x7 w/205/50/15
Then I have some random 949's =
2- 15x9 black - put on the car once for it to roll 100 yards.
1- 15x7 black - one track day on this wheel. The other 15x7 nearly fell off so the lug holes are ovaled (wheel is trash)
I'll be making a for sale thread in a week or so.

here is pic of Honda arms 89 civic it is about 13.5 inches from the center of each outside bushing and a little less than 3.5" from the center of the outside bushing to the center of the shock bushing so measure and see what you got

get the one without the swaybar mount if you can because you can mount the ST bar to the shock bolt

Thank you kindly - i'm hoping the case is that i have the ones above - a few less parts for me to have to purchase if they are.
And as promised guys - the 1992 Han Motoring wheel catalog - trying to use this as my guide for era appropriate for my car - this was what was out when i bought my original 91 civic new at 16. Although there are a few models that arent on here that were avail at Carmate, Dazz or ProMotion

LOL, no, unfortunately its long gone - but I'm building/dailying another one. I met my wife back in HS in my original civic, we'd ditch school and head out to Hermosa Beach.
So when i picked up a civic again, it brought memories back for both of us.
Here's the original
