The Official EF Discussion Thread
Thanks guys i think you may be right. Ill try em out, thanks
Look HERE, 16176-PR3-010 is the part number for the EF8 gasket. I'm guessing it's the same for all the OBD0 B16s. Looks pretty different to the Del Sol gasket pictured above.
Was good.. went by myself, first time going to something like that solo. Spent my day taking pics and BSn with guys in the pits and lanes. A lot of friendly people once you just start talking! There was not as many EFs as Honda Day brought out. Still good to see all the cars.. 1,000 pictures.. not sure where to post all the non EF stuff though.
I also need to improve my camera skills.. maybe a better lens or just a little more know how on the DSLR.. expensive camera aint worth **** if you cant use it properly! I try my best!
Such a big break until the next event at the end of June (summer slam).. sucks its the same day as ECHM in Richmond, VA. My next trip is Wekfest LA and Eibach Springs meet in SoCal... Really looking forward to what the west has to offer.

Doesn't your car have a clone running around somewhere? Coulda sworn I saw something about that on ef-honda a few years ago.

Yay, I'm back up and running. Question though - I tried using my intermittent wipers today and they moved like they were in the regular speed - no real intermittence i guess you could say, or a lack of a real delay. Is that due to a bad relay?
Thinking about jumping back into an EF hatch. Need a daily driver thats good on gas. Plans are to rework suspension, 15x9 wheels with a 245 or 255 tire, and a mild H2B build. Should be a fun all around car.

Good luck finding that tire size with a 40 or 45 sidewall height...
Also - was soooo happy my car was back up and running - the light flywheel is awesome - then I get home and hear a rattling on my front driverside - I have a bad feeling and pull over to check - MY DRIVER SIDE STRUT MOUNT POPPED?!?
The shocks are blown tokico's with NS Race so I have a feeling the washer underneath the mount finally failed and let it pop. I have to replace the bushings and washers now.
Any recommendations on shocks with the NS race? I'd really like to avoid going to the Koni sports as I dont have that budget right now - would Koni STRT's work?
if not i'll trade a friend my NS's for his Eibach Prokits - he has Bilstein HD's.

So even if it works on speed one and two fine, the motor can be bad? Damn.
Good news is that I fixed my mount, apparently the old washer moved down the strut and allowed the mount to pop up. I replaced the washer and it's fine now. The struts may also not be blown, but the ns race springs are way to high a rate for the tokicos.
I'm gonna swap with my friends Eibach pro kit springs.

APC G1 headlights are glass and swap onto the EDM (not SiR) housings.
