you guys are kinda hard on the rusted sedan, from what i have read all the guy is looking for is opinions, not criticism... and im not trying to stir **** up for anyone, but how does what he is doing differ from guys putting 3 piece front ends on efs for drag cars? if it fits your style then roll with it

I dont have any problem with 2low or mind him posting here... I just have no advice for his build. Ive never built a car that way. its his car to do as he wishes... I can see the side of "its bad for EFs all together" but then again who really thinks we all build our cars the same and like that for that matter. I know what I have in my garage and Im not losing any sleep over anyone else's car.
I think he may be more suited in a bozuko forum or maybe start a thread for that "wild" style... its just that majority of us in here keep things clean and its hard to get advice from guys who are geared towards building in a different direction. We are a tight little group in here and have earned respect towards each other by giving it, we didnt just all become "friends" overnight... to come in here and call us haters or think "we are ruining the scene" thats just crazy. why would you want our approval anyway then?! /rant


Think Im going to be down to just one EF by monday.. kinda sad. It should help get the queen going much faster though having another half of a garage and some extra cash to play with. If I dont post in the next 24 hours, I got arrested for taking my last spin in her..

Some of her from a trip to Englishtown.. She was fun, a lot of good driveway days/nights on her. I know shes not the prettiest, but she was mine!

Hahha, shes was an entertaining car.. met a lot of people at the track by letting them play tic tac toe on my car or drawing something funny.. it was all fun, I know what it is, not pretending it was anything more!

nothing wild.. I think the best time was a 15.2 on the run that I snapped the shifter hitting 3rd. regular tires. basically a stock b16, obd 0 too. Bracket raced for fun. Friend runs in SFWD and it gets boring sometimes waiting in the pits so I brought her along a few times.

I dont let anyone near my "queen" so I built this car as a joke kinda.. its a knock off of my own car... fake bronze rims versus real bronze rims, chalk paint that you can write on versus paint I wont let you breathe on... had tein coils and f7 LCAs and some upper camber arms, put a whole poly kit in... other one is all spherical bearings. Painted suspension versus powder coated.. yada yada yada.. I wanted a car I didnt have to be so **** with and worry about every little thing as I do with the other. Had a blast taking her out for one last joy ride tonight. Ill be sure to update you guys with the progress on my lonely crx.

You can buy rust-oleum in other forms besides rattlecans. 2 colors mixed to make one, thinned out painted, wet sanded and cleared from a gun.
