Next step IMO should be a good suspension setup like the koni yellows/ground controls. Are those BMW bottlecaps?
Are you the girl in the pics? If so, it's great to see more females joining the scene! There are nowhere near enough enthusiastic girls into cars/hondas!

Yes sir they are.

The girl with the super sad face is indeed her.

As far as suggestions... I think the thing that made me really happy was a good detail and wax, I didnt know my rust bucket would shine. (and its cheap).
Other than that suspension and tires.
She should be smiling a lot more with that stock gem to tinker with.. Hard to find a girl willing to actually purchase and work and drive a car like that. I know a good amount of girls that "like" cars and will go to the track or shows... but they dont share the same type of passion. She looks like a keeper! (the car and the girl!)
I assume stock motor.. dont want to call it out, but can she drive manual?
blue interior?
Before dumping 1,000$ into the suspension.. I would get it running good and cleaned out nice and new. I like ripping a new to me car apart and putting it back together just so it feels more like mine. I think dumping the car is gonna make any problems that are already there (BJ's, bearings, bushings) worse. No rust is mint, but these cars are all around 20years old.. Goodluck with it and whatever direction you take it in.

Yeah, my next step is suspension for sure. Yeah, those are bottlecaps, my boyfriend picked them up for me at the yard and we stripped the **** out of them and polished them a bit. I'm still deciding on whether to paint them or not.

And yeah, that's me. When I was looking for a car, I told my boyfriend, "I want a quick, small, old, boxy hatch." And that's what he showed me. It was love at first sight. haha. I still have a lot to learn as for the mechanics of it all, but I've got a good teacher

). No blue interior, just original SI seats in perfect condition. I'm pretty happy with the interior, except for a few cosmetic things that aren't my first priority. The only rust were the exhaust tips, but the rest of the car is beautiful. I don't plan on dumping the car to the ground, but I definitely want it lowered. Thanks for the word, we'll see where it goes.

Nvm found it.

Destroyer- thats awesome, I bet the original owner didn't even know that the car had that life to it still. I remember getting my first crx, some 3M finesse good wax.. brought the car back to new looking.. still went and painted it anyway!
pixi- didnt mean to offend you with the manual driving comment, I know some girls that'll out drive some guys I know! Was asking if the car was a manual or auto, but I now realize you said it was an Si model. my mistake. Wish I could find something that clean around my area.. do you mind sharing the price of the car?

hotsauce, no offense taken. I know what you're saying. A lot of girls are timid drivers, and the thought of driving a stick just scares the hell out of them. I learned to drive a standard in this car, and I'll never drive an automatic again! the car was $1900. It was a one of a kind find, especially here in New Mexico. I'd been looking for only a few months when I found it.
Nice find! Good to have ya in an EF. I looked for a long time to find my new daily beater. shes in rough shape but Im looking forward to bringing it back to life. I have a lot of left over parts from my first crx build so what better way to put them to use. Is your boyfriend a part of this thread and in a ef as well?

Id like it to look similar to this.

Here's the most recent picture of mine(on stock wheels). I wish it was still on the polished slips and as low as it was then(other two pics). Unfortunately my header and crossmember would hate me if it were still that low.
Theres a lot of photos of my beater in my build thread. some teasers of my real crx in there as well. hard to get good shots of the car in the garage.
B16crxT- car is looking clean. I dont remember seeing pics of it. nice and clean.
BLU- I just ordered b16 ARP head studs from summit and got them for 111$.. best price I found (actually had to call to get that price)

She's definitely cute.
lol Here's some shots of her smiling.

Thanks, Baybee. Just cause I like to ***** my car, here's another.

Hope everyone had a safe and happy Thanksgiving!!
The girl is super cute! I have a thing for girls in straight legs!
b16CRXT: Your crx looks great.

And I'm glad to see my girlfriend has a few fans. Lol
At least the comments are tame haha.
Anyone know what the deal is when using eg/dc rear lca's? Edit, found it gains in neg. camber.
