Uhhhhh, that's exactly what I had done :/

Keep in mind that piece had to be extended and cut and shaped to look half way decent.

ive been toying with the idea of doing this for a while....

its done mainly to remove pressure from the wheelwells, as air can basically build up in there like a parachute, doing funky stuff on track above 100 MPH, causing lift, etc. its done for a reason.

im 100% redoing my fenders to be set up the same way...i did my flares many years ago to cover monster drag slicks when i was attempting to run 10's in the 1/4 (got an 11.3@128-129, realized i sucked at driving and it wasnt enough fun for me to be killing weekends getting better at it...just got sick of it).

from this angle, with the wheel turned, these look great, hence why i parked it like that, laying down the major stun at the show. lol.

from the rear, from the side, etc, i'm just completely unhappy with them. planning on cutting up another set of fenders and mounting my flares similar to nicks...rolled forward onto the bumper, etc.

where mine meet the bumper is the suck, and i hate it.

Do it! I am also considering cutting my rear bumper in half. Less parachute action, more track "stun."

Since none of my friends had an extra and in my haste I threw mine away while tearing apart my car, I bought a new battery stay. My car didn't come with one and I knew it would be pointless to try and find one in the junkyard

Another tedious question... Installing milled type r caliper brackets on my 91 si knuckles.. I cant seem to find the bolts after having them powder coated. gotta order new ones... should I order type r caliper mounting bolts.. or 91 civic si caliper mounting bolts.. Surprisingly the type r bolts are 60cents... the 91si bolts.. 4$each.

not sure if the threads on the 91 bolt would match up to the type r threads anyway. This is the problem with taking year long breaks.
