You can find those at the junk yard. Who cares if they are brand new when you can't even see them.

Back to the spacer conversation...

I took some pics yesterday morning before I set rear camber to stock settings "looks much better in the rear after the pics btw , fill the wells". I also got to test out 5mm spacers which didnt seem to work at all. First putting on the lugs I could only spin about 4 times, and also with the spacer the hubcentric ring just flops around. Hmm Is this odd?

Anyway more pics

P.S. - Sick engine Boosted :O

My '*****" was always jdm front and will stay boosted and black, this is he sister, 'princess', a friends crx that has been a long coming project (doesnt post of forums). He had a 90 si that was too much rust so a few years ago he picked up a clean 88 white hf.

This weekend we got the rear xmember welded up, and bolted in, the motor is in 100%, but the valve cover hits the hood, (k20a), maybe some k ef heads could chime in. Pulled the dent out of hte core support and mounted the fullrace bar along with rywire tuck radiator. Also got the pedals in with the hush22 setup, MUCH nicer than that suja1 crap imo (and i run suja1). Also mounted the recaro with some gay jdm rail, need to fab up something, this wont do. Got the only kevlar SIR hood in existence on the car and the front end on.

Cw i have some 5mm spacers with the proper studs, (H&r i believe).

It just hit me, I was trying the spacers on the rear, I bet the studs/center ring is taller in the front and the 5mm spacers would work up front. Whats the rule of thumb with lug nuts into studs. Anything less them 6 turns unsafe? Boosted does the h&R 5mm have a lip on it or is it flat?

maybe it's just the lighting, but the rear looks higher in the 3rd pic compared to the 1st

Prob since the neg camber was set int hat pic.

Doesnt look like that anymore after I adjusted last night

Any 5mm spacer have a centering ring? They seem all flat I would think flat surface = vibration since nothing to center the wheel but studs

will pm boosted

Thanks. Seem to be getting mixed reviews, some like, others prefer my old wheels. Think its just going to take some time to get used to

I think the little stick on moldings on your fenders/quarter arches make the wheel look a bit more sunk in too. Not sure if the body is painted underneath those, but might be worth taking them off to see if it is more to your liking.

All my opinion and taste-

The only thing that throws me off on your car is the mid-spoiler with the simple wheels. If it didn't have that I think you could pull off the simpler wheels better. The other wheels you had were a lot more "flashy", so the flashy spoiler kind of matched.

If you took the center caps out, and got black lugs it would look a lot more "raw/racy" too.

Dope man! Hope you dont have to cut that hood... I would do a lot of things for that Kevlar hood.. your buddy must have been holding on to that for some time.
Love the Rywire Radiator.. Looks a lot cleaner than some of the competition. (and no Im not swinging, its a F'in Opinion!)

More info on the hush bracket.. I checked them out, looks like an upgraded Suja.. all about the same though.. another 160$ piece of metal. If my suja really sucks im just making my own. They sell a 450$ conversion kit with some nice wilwood pieces, is he running all that?

Either way man.. all that in the lightest EF, what a monster!

EXACTLY!

But to go off white slips comment... Maybe if getting rid of the mid wing isnt an option, how about putting a charge speed or that awesome Live Sports spoiler on.. The Live Sports one with the round edges would probably flow very well with your car. Either way man, car looks great and whatever makes you happy.
