no no no, i order +35 offset, i think you would benefit from a mid 30s offset compared to a 40ish offset.

Ps, if you want spacers I have 10mm spacers i was going to use to run my stock si blades, but since sold he blades (H&r spacers with extended studs)

I'm glad I'm not the only one allowing my EF to sit for an extended period of time.

Interior is pretty gutted still... 90% of the wiring is done, Nick is hooking me up with his old clutch line so I can get the master hooked up, throw the dash back on.. finish up the inside.
Most suspension is in.. been looking for some new hardware to go through all the new bearings.. but i think the new oem stuff will be fine for now..

Motor is ready to go back in.. just need two bolts for the drivers side mount..
My biggest concern is the exhaust I plan to build.. I have a **** ton of vibrant stainless piping, inline mufflers, blah blah blah..
I think that a welder is coming very soon though so I can get that going.

Plumbing is a problem too.. I have some cardboard models of brackets I need to make...(welder should help that) I want to run as you did all new lines from the tank up.. so I need to drop the tank down again.. might upgrade the wiring too as I cant remember what I even did when I put the walbro in! haha
Gotta order those brake lines. just waiting till after xmas.

Biggest problem I have had is lack of funds.. 2 surgerys in the last 2 years really slowed LIFE down.. not just the rex. thinking of applying at a new acura dealership though just to keep some steady funds. driveway jobs and winter wont be working out this year and my girls dont leave the garage!
Im too stubborn to let anyone do anything I can do myself.. Id rather by the tooling than buy the tool to do it for me ya know. As I grow my plans keep growing.. I need to just button this up before I have guys like You and Nick at my door with wrenches and pry bars!

Whew.... sorry.. You asked!

Considering I run 15x8 +36 with 225 wide rubber on the front of my CRX, what you're describing sounds like you'll need a bit of camber, but nothing ridiculous. Especially since you'll only have 205 rubber on there. I have run 16's on the crx, but the wheels were +33 offset, only 7" wide and 205 rubber. Only 215's I run are on my coupe.

Speaking of RPF1s, I need to sell my RPF1s. Not a single scratch, nick, curb, etc. on them and the rubber is like 90% 205/50 Khumos. I even have a shipping kit from tirerack so I'd be willing to ship if anyone is interested. My Volks go in for powdercoat in the next week or two and then I'll be ready to ship.

I should really get some shots of my engine bay, just hard to photograph the glossy black and see the real colors in it. needs sun light. Hope that holds you over for now.. thinking I want to start a blog or thread, something to update and keep track of everything.. for me more than to share.. Ive always done this for me. as we all should!!

Rant away if it gives you motivation to finish the car. Just so you know, I have your clutch line in my truck...along with my bent volk I have to get fixed...and three bumpers...so I have a lot of errands to run.

Speaking of ranting, my new truck has a f*cking ding in it. I'm pissed and getting it pulled next week.

Looks good, you can tell you take your time and do it right, not half assed!

Nick ever try the hair dryer/upside down compressed air trick to take out a ding?

I have no clue what you're talking about, but it sounds cool! I'll have to look it up on youtube. As for the ding, I'm going back and forth with the dealer to make them take it out.

Ahh.. thanks Nick. You need an assistant! Whenever you get time man. don't stress it.
Sorry about the truck.. id be pissed too.

Yeah, I take my time alright..
Ive just let this one get away.. I built that beater joke car in between and got that done in like a month or so... basically a knock off version of the Queen! Im such a dick to everyone who goes near my crisp car that I built the chalkboard one so people could draw on it, lean on it.. whatever they want, just stay away from my baby!!

Here she is a year or so back at Englishtown. Now she sits in my garage with games of tic tac toe and hang man on her...

You'd be proud Chemist. The new truck runs a bit over 30 pounds of boost.

Sauce - What are you running for a header? Also, what cluster are you running?

TRUE!

Depending on the shape of the ding/dent it works well. Youtube should have some vids up

Pretty much you heat the metal, then blast it with cold "upside down compressed air/dry ice" and the metal will interact and knock out the dent/ding. Pretty amazing when it works

That doesn't look TOO bad, but +10 is a lil less than I wanna run, really wanna try to stick to the +20-30 range to keep away from a **** ton of ridiculous camber. Really looking for functionality. That sedan does look cool though.

No ****, you fit 225's!?... Camber wise, I'm looking at running no more than -1.5*, (It is negative right?) I don't want anything more than that. Need it to be functional, not bandwagon status. But I think I'd be happy with 215 but 225 I think would be nice to fit... BTW, I do have some VW fender flares to help accommodate and make it look better. I'm just trying to get them to look good on a 4 door where I will have to cut an modify them where the rear door opens :p

What size are your rpf1's and how much are you looking to get for em?

Yes. 225's will fit if you roll the fenders and pull them a bit, but that's with a +36 offset. I run -3 degrees of camber STATIC (not adjusted with upper a-arms). Ideally I'd like to run 3.5. Remember, camber doesn't kill tires, toe scrub does.

-3 definitely won't be bandwagon status. It will look really nice (see below).

AND my Enkeis are 15x7, +41. Tires are Khumo Ecstas 205/50/15. I'll be looking for $800. Will post pics when I'm ready to ship/sell.

I bought a hytech rep a few years back, it wasnt all that expensive and is just for the time being.. wasnt really happy with the header market when I bought it, just wanted something. Ill probably look into other options once I get it together.. or if I come across something nice.
Bisi has nice stuff.. just not sure Im ready for that investment. Any opinions?

As for the cluster.. Im stuck with my 91 si cluster for now as it came. Would like to wire in something different but I dont need anything slowing me down right now or another expensive purchase on an EDM or GSR unit. The AIM unit would be the goal.. but I think thats a while away for me!

Sauce- Finally got to get on a computer instead of my phone to appreciate those parts. Very nice with the powdercoat, I had mine done and the guy ****ed it up big time, so now they are no better than rattle rattle.

Nick, I am proud on the truck front but i have to hate a little. IMHHO, your car looks amazing with the usdm front I'm almost against the j's bumper, but still want to see it. Hey in your search for a jdm headlights you find someone selling a left (usdm Pass) clean light please lmk.
