yeah, if your bike rack won't serve any purpose, except lookin' good, I think it's sort of a waste of money.
I'm not really one to talk, I'm hoping that when I get a bike rack, it'll motivate me to start riding my bike more.
But do as you please, I think racks look fresh.

When I did the t-belt on my coupe, I drove it two miles to a shop for them to pop the crank pulley bolt loose. I then had them torque it down light...like 60 ft.-lbs. and I drove home nice and easy. Got home and popped it off :D
not with the right tools. to be honest, mine was very easy to get off...maybe too easy
only thing left to do to my car now is wash and vacuum

at first i couldn't tell because, one; it'd been a while since i drove it, and two; i was just happy to be driving it. i can tell a big difference, but since my vtec engagement is at 4800 (b/c of the LS transmission i had) it really messes up my powerband . These cams are night and day from my stock CTR cams. With the CTR cams it'd pull ok and when vtec kicked in you'd wait a sec, then
all the way to 8500rpm. With the BCIII+ cams power/tq is like almost immediately until vtec, but i'll get that fixed when i get it tuned. These are going to be great cams on the track.

My motor is on a stand, so its really hard to use the car as leverage. I may try to put acouple bolts in where the flywheel bolts on. Wedge a pry bar in there and then get the biggest cheater bar I have. If that doesnt work looks like I will have to load the motor into my truck and take her somewhere. All this for a timing belt...
Buttt I am noticing alot of oil from around the crank pulley area. I think the front oil seal is bad.

Blu civic, I know what you mean when you hear the vtec then feel it, my da has a b16a with ctr cams.I would like something more aggressive but its the daily so whatever. lol
I got another part today!! I'll post up a pick after I eat dinner. hah

Quick question, I need to buy snow tires for my hx rims.
185/60 14 are sold out
would 175/65 14's work fine on my hx's without other problems?
Thanks.

175-65-14 tires are 22.95" diameter
185-60-14 tires are 22.7 " diameter
65% of 175mm is 105mm side wall
60% of 185mm is 111mm side wall
http://auto.howstuffworks.com/tire2.htm they are really close

my impact never has a problem. i took a measurement of the inner walls of the Hex of the crank pulley. cut 6 plates to fit them welded them into a hexagon and welded a 3 ft piece of 1" water line to it. free crank pully tool just in case.
Funny you mention that home brewed tool CBE. A friend of mine gave me the one he made. I have yet to use but it sure looks cool hangin on the garage wall. I usually use my impact along with some penetrating oil on the stubborn ones.

The wagovan looks jacked up with them on. And I know the rt4wd wagons are bit higher, but you shouldn't have any issues with the alternative size if you're not lowered...and as stated before, they're awfully close in actual size.
Tell your friend to go golfing up in central cal... really nice spots like Pacific Grove and Sea Cliff.
My car is lowered, but I plan on raising up the car to around stock height so I don't have to worry so much about all this snow.
oh, cool, i was gonna say theres a ys1 gsr tranny for sale local to me. i heard the snow stuffs not supposed to get to here till fri night and im a good 8hrs west
yea the snow and ice is supposed to be here by midnight. we'll see if we accually get anything, last time they called for 4-6" we got a .5"
