Whats is that best way to bleed the system?.. I remember NickRPS talking about using a drill to get he fluid going, just looking for any bleeding pointers.
The attachment I used for my drill was pretty cool. It just spun and sucked in fluid from one side and pushed it all the way to the slave.

we're talking about the 3 piece setup that bolts onto the front of the tranny right? Mine did great with a 6 puck sprung as well as the basically stock clutch I have now.

yup thats the one, I had the original design and the newer one. Both took alot of clutch effort and felt like they only engaged with the pedal near the floor. I also had the unsprung pp. Hey if it works for you great... but for me it was a pile of crap.

that's strange dude. Well, come to think of it, my pedal is a good bit stiffer than my buddies stock one, but it isn't hard to operate at all. And you can adjust the pedal engagement by the adjuster nut on the cable. I have to set mine every few months because somehow it loosens and the pedal goes all the way to the floor before disengaging. A little irritating, but I deal with it cuz I'm too broke to do something different just yet.

I think you guys with the Sonem bracket and had to modify it just to make it work should post up in Hotsauces thread. Maybe if the Sonem guy sees how many people had problems with it, he will actually pay attention and correct this huge flaw. I still can't belive he charges so much for that pos.

I stopped posting in my own thread mainly b/c it was helping them and they didnt do too much to help me, or even want to believe me. There welder brandon told me that something happened to the original design and that they made these by hand and that they all bolt on to pedals normally.. but they dont even have a EF to mount it into to test fitment?!?!... I never got a call back from anyone else, just there "welder" They dont have what it takes to be a real company so maybe someone will steal there design, master it, and come out with a real deal kit that everyone can use.

So to bleed this i NEED to have my dash off... ? what a pita

thanks boosted.. I just want to get the dash back on, but it will be a lot easier to get everything done after i drop the motor in. I have to mock up some fuel lines, a place to mount my FPR and now clutch lines. Not very familiar with AN stuff and want to make sure everything is leak free for sure.

I bought the second crx so i dont half *** the first one. Pulled the motor(b16a) from the new rex... Still to nervous to post pictures!

Doesn't it still use a slave cylinder? So u wouldn't need to have the dash out just to bleed it, right? I'd love to do this one day. Maybe I'll try to mock one up next year. Gotta get another car first. Lol

i got mine all bled last night. to get the pressure started on mine i opened the bleeder and got my buddy to push the pedal down then i closed the bleeder, and then let the pedal back up and did that for 9-10 times till fluid started coming out and then did it the same way you do brakes. clutch feels alright, but theres alot of flex on the pedal assembly still.

anyway heres a shot of the new motor installed, after all the work ive done in the engine bay i have somehow managed to forget about that ugly intake everytime

Looks very nice. Have Mike and Tony developed any products for their trackone line yet? I always enjoyed those guys when they'd come out to Cali to visit. Haha.

hah, they've made some test products (shift extenders and sway bar endlinks) nothing too huge yet. They've got big plans for the company but right now all they have is a name lol. After Jays S2000 got that feature in last months Honda Tuning with the Track.one sticker on the back window they were getting a bunch of phone calls. I was hoping they would get motivated.

Sounds like that company trackone has it backwards. You make stuff first, then advertise! haha

And if its true, why oh why would you even begin with 'test products' like shift extenders and endlinks? The market is already flooded with them.

I love my innovative mounts. My father runs them as well. Not just because I haven't had a problem with them and know the CAD designer, but because I HATE that shiny aluminum ****. Good 'ol black steel mounts for me
