I've got more pics of my crossmember. Used a plasma cutter to cut another couple inches into it and then used angle iron and flat iron to reinforce the **** out of it. Feels a lot sturdier than it did two days ago.

UltimX, I can fit my index finger between the header and the oil pan and wiggle it up and down. I'd say there's about an inch of clearance.

Thank you sir! i guess it answers my question, if it hugs the oil pan then its as close as it will get for ground clearances.

Nice little lip there! Anyway, wondering if anyone can answer my question about npr pstion rings. How precise are they? Like they are close to oem? I ordered a set of rings for my stock d16a6 rebuild.

I recall you guys talking about this a while back, but I can't find it. A wagon dude wants to buy my climate control because only settings 3 and 4 work on his, full blast pretty much. That's not a climate control problem, right?

That's what I was thinking. I don't want to sell him something he doesn't need.

What should I tell him to do to fix that problem? Buy new resistor?

Anyone know offhand if you use a HKS exhaust on a civic with a B16 swap, do you have to cut or modify anything? Or does it just bolt up?

I never had the problem. But I would tell him try a good known working one before buying your climate. Sometimes it's the switch on the climate control.

I just went through blower motor issues and yes, it's the resistor. BUT, it could be the switch. I have an extra switch laying around if you pay for shipping.

I had the blower problem last year and I replaced the little resistor thing that is screwed on top of the blower housing, works fine now.

cat. Back or just the exhaust
if just the exhaust muffler then no

if the cat. Back system @ most the cat. Length might need to be either shortened or moved back.
