Vega, Ricky uses a spray gun and air compressor to paint everything he paints mostly. That IS what he does for a living....

Spray gunned bay...

I think we're taking Justin's Element...

...maybe we'll just pitch this thing and kick it in the parking lot.

I just like to ruffle your feathers. My CRX bay was spray painted. In HS, I was busy paying for my RSX-S, so I didn't have any to spare on the CRX, it's all good.

A/C guys, just vac'd the system and it is air tight, but when i am at idle or at a stop light (any time when my foot isn't on the gas) the compressor (i think, or something in the close vacinity) starts ticking loudly. It is a new compressor and engages/works properly. Any idea?

</TD></TR></TABLE>

Can you get out and listen to it? Pop the hood and listen. It should be obvious if it's the compressor. Could it be a relay problem? The idle should increase during idle when the a/c is on. Maybe the idle is not increasing and the compressor isn't spinning fast enough, and it's clicking on and off?

Why do you need a/c in Canada? Isn't it all snowmen and penguins up there?

i might have to goto this niagra meet, sounds feasible. It is so hard to envision free time after this semester ends. I just a big shipment of vdub parts yet no timne to invest in her today/tonight. 1.5 weeks of intermediate corperate finance left grr...

hey hey take it easy andy today was a nice 30 Celcius (86 F) and more like 93 with the humidity; plus im a *****

Back to the problem... I turn on the car, then switch on the a/c. Everything works fine, and a minute in it starts to tick, sorta like popcorn in a microwave (to that effect) and then becomes constant. Now, when i accelerate it goes away, and when im at a stop light for about 20-30 secs long it begins to tick again. I was thinking a relay problem as well, but how would i go about fixing it? I'm an a/c noob
