good luck with that man vega.

mine isn't like that? What mounts are you using? perhaps someone put the wrong piece on before that motor came your way?

if its a 94-up u need to get a 90-93 integra or 88-91 si-r cast iron mount onto the block.

an easy way to identify it is that theres only one stud sticking out of it.</TD></TR></TABLE>

yeah that was the whole mystery delima goig on with my b16
purchased from brent and was told it was from a del sol (gen.2 b16)
but it has a obd-0 crank pulley
Block is stamped (9/1)
back of Timing belt cover has dots in the area next to 89 and 90.

So from all this is actually do think it is a gen.2 b16 since the mount isn't working.
when you sat cast iron mount do you mean the stock placement bracket on the engine??

And I'm using a H.C.P. mount adpater kit I purchased of someone.
Since I have a newer year b16 are all the other mounts ok like the rear mount??

All of the B-series have the same mounting location dimensions. Just use the 90-93 integra mount bracket (black cast) that is located between the timing belt cover halves. make sure you use the transmission T bracket from the 90-93 integ too.

This is in regards to a Hasport or AZ mount kit, I dont know anything about the HCP kits!

so I either get the one listed above
or go to the junk yard and get the bracket from a DA??

I'll have to take pictures of the adapter kit tomorrow and post it to make sure i got eveything.

I used to have HCPs. I later got AZrace mounts. But yeah, like mekanism said...90-93 Drivers side block bracket and rear trans T bracket for HCPs too.

Vega,

Those mounts you have, DON'T require the 90-93 integra rear bracket. You have a special bracket with those mounts you got from Jerry. They're not the same as the newer HCP's.

All you need is that different mount that bolts onto the timing belt area of the block.
