nope.
DA axles have more splines then the DX hubs.
I was told the same but I confirmed it being wrong earlier this week.

By "DX" they mean the "DX" (non HF or Si) CRX.
I had DA axles in my CRX DX hubs for a long time until I upgraded to DA brakes.
For the DA setup, you use only the knuckle and brake assembly from the DA. All control arms, or upper arms, tie rods, etc, you should reuse from the ED/EF chassis.
The same goes for the DA rear setup. Use JUST the DA rear trailing arm, and reuse all the ED/EF LCAs, UCA's, Toe compensator rods, etc.

why? its a conspiracy against vega-james to not tell.

is there a significant difference between the da brake setup and the crx si setup (with new stainless lines, brembo blanks, and good pads, like project mu, or something else) in braking power. i locked up my brakes today, made my tires burn rubber and make lots of smoke. but i know that my kumho 711s suck. brakes felt a lil spongy but prolly just need new fluid, lines.

Hmm i guess that means you need dx/si for d16 swaps though</TD></TR></TABLE>
you don't have to swap anything for a d16 swap in your car.
well when it comes to axles and hubs

as far as hubs and axles??
I dunno never tested that theory.
But last time I remember trying to replace my axles on my old STD base model Hatch the part numbers where the same for the axles.

if your going d16 I say just save the money and use your old axles.
I did the same on my STD and DX with no issues
wait as a matter of fact. I used my STD axles on my DX with I put the d16z6 in so I know for a fact the axles are the same for both model cars
