I'd like to take you for a run. You know what I have (in the 91 civic anyway). I shift at a little past 8k rpms. I'd like to see how it goes against a B20. Ever get a chance to work on the "project" again?

I just through with the Teg...man what have i been missing out on.
still didn't take it that high

84mph@6000rpm in 3rd gear...feels nice
feel the pull while it climbs and then it feels real light after about 5.7k and up
Didn't have a chance to test out 4th gear because i was on the freeway with other carsstill scared as hell to go past 6.5k

projects doin great

 

i need to get an ST bar.

Its funny to see that four door owning both the ITR and AP2!

It would be hilarious if spoon built a EF Wagovan, like Dr. Charles did. Put that motor in, and then beat up on NSXes!!! I mean that 4door has to weight 3k. cutting 6-800lbs depending on items removed. That AP2, and ITR would be done first lap. I dunno call me crazy, but I would like to see it.

yeah "ITR BEATA"

down to the fact a totally standard B16 (with exhaust and short ram intake) managed a 14.3 1/4 mile at santa pod

but he did run with open header for his last and fastest run

even so - 14.3 is damn quick for a standard engine - the ITR's were running 14.5 + all day

Funny on crossfire

 

I ran 14.4 in my Crx way back in the day with intake, DC 4-2-1 header and exhaust. After OBD-1 Better intake, Aebs intake manifold, CTR crank pulley, 4-1 2.5inch header and a tanabe catback im pretty sure it will do high 13's.

Which sucks compared to a stock K20 I/H/E/Kpro running 12.8

Exactly why I havent washed mine in a week. I just rinse it off every day. Pollen in SC is terrible this year for some reason...

 

i just let my car get yellow. it just looks like overspray
i just use my wipers and that's nuf for now
