BTW, I'm swapping in my DOHC ZC next weekend and I can't find anybody who's made ITB's for them =/
What do you guys suggest I change while the car is out? I was told the timing belt and water pump were changed 2k ago. I have a chance to score a mint trans along with clutch and pp. Should I use that and save for my ITB/turbo fund or get a new clutch? Decisions decisions

I never said it was disgraceful to the CRX to have a b-series in it. I mean, heck, I have one in mine! lol. I was just pointing out that you don't have to have 200hp to have love for your CRX.
I think his plans of a d-series would be wicked.

It will be just a basic T3 (.42/.48) setup, internal wastegate etc... nothing too outrageous. After looking for superchargers and adding up the total cost of JRSC vs. simple turbo setup, I decided to go with the turbo.
</TD></TR></TABLE>
I was also debating the SC vs. Turbo debate (d-series), and eventually turbo won me over too. For the cost of a JRSC a decent turbo kit can be pieced together. Turbo also allows you to build upon what you already have, ie upgrade turbo, ic, injectors yada yada. My vote is turbo, hell jeff evans tuned a bone stock d16z6 w/top mount at 397whp. That is far more than a supercharger will ever net

I got my SC with all kinds of extras for $600, not bad for what i got. I would go turbo if cali wasnt such a bitch.

YOU can make itbs for them with the brainpower of a lower primate my man
no seriously, ae111 toyota ITBs are 42mm, make an adapter plate out of aluminum stock, make a vaccuum box, put the map on the box blah blah blah.... do it.
**** that. carb it.
397hp stock Z6? you know how every now and then an asian woman will live to be 126 yrs old? yea... its about the same deal.
well, i suppose a Z6 and a ram horn will still allow for a full DA integra radiator. thats a plus

No doubt. I knew that once that car was posted up that everyone would start thinking that they could build a 397hp stock block SOHC as well.
I've blown engines on much less than 397 with an excellent tune. That car is just hands down an anomaly. I'm still not even sure if I believe it 100% or not. (Not trying to start an argument, but I've ridden in 400whp cars, and just have a hard time believing that a stock block SOHC can put that power down without grenading).
Anyways, yeah. I will be happy if I put down 200whp at 10 psi with my setup. That sure would help me get around the autocross course a little faster

C16, conservative timing and a 12:1 A/F....5 runs down the 1/4... and i still dont buy it 100% but ill give him the credit where its due
geoff racier built a 400hp stock block non-vtec single AND put it on pinks. lost becoase of a blown silcone coupling at the intercooler

I know this sounds kind of cheese and rigged, but i live in a small town and my radiator shot craps today on the way home from work. Its a hairline crack about 1.5 inch to the left of the filler neck. This is my only transport to work and school. My wife works tomorow so she needs her truck. Will any kiind of plastic weld, epoxy, jbweld hold this crack until my radi come in? Its a hariline crack norhting more. But squirts a nice stream of antifreeze when pressurized. I am going to fix it right but since im in such a small town it will take 2 days to get it from any supploier. Has anyone done this before? It will only be a couple day bandaid
