I finally rounding up parts for my obd1 conversion (b series)
Heres what I have already, obd1 dist, obd1 injectors, p28. i'm ordering a rywire harness converting, and buying a a/f meeter w/4 wire o2. I will need a bung put on my header (it's for obd0). Anything else I need?

Let me ask this too...do you guys think it's worth buying an a/f meter (plx m300), or should i just get 4 wire o2? I intend to run chrome or something in the future to tune it.

wideband is 5 wire o2. I say screw the oem o2, get a wideband and run the output signal to your ecu. Now u need a chipped ecu iwht o2 heater disabled.

Well, I'm planning on the plx a/f with the wideband o2. I did not know they were 5 wire, but that makes sense. My p28 is chipped with a base b16 map, so i can just have my friend reburn the chip with the 02 turned off.
I'm pretty new to tuning, so I'm trying to learn all this as I go. Eventually I'd like to get a chip burner and make my own

I'll be honest, I don't know much about paint/body. I've got an issue of Hot Rod Magazine from a few months ago. It's the paint/body special issue, I think they do it once a year. Anyway, it's very informative and I learned quite a bit from it. Chase has answered a few questions of mine also.

I was just about to ask about the p28.
When you get the wiring harness from rywire it will have everything you need to plug the o2 sensor up. I would reccomend getting a oem one and not tjhe kragen or autozone brand because they tend to get messed up and give CEL when you add plugs to them.....
uuhhh oh yeah resistor box is needed.
do you have the right plugs (grey ones from a 92-95 EX harness)??
