Wow, I like. Trying to figure if I actually need a new one later. Can you squeeze a DC header on a b16 swap between the crossmember (stock) or do you HAVE to go aftermarket?

I had a dc 421 on my old crx without cutting, but to fit the 41 dc on my old hatch the cross member had to be cut.

That crossmember looks little weak to me. You have the radius rods and engine mount putting alot of leverage on those bolts. I think the nuts that are welded to the frame with fail with that design, or the bolts will fail. Who knows though, it could work great!
it all depends on your mounts on the fitment of the header
how far it bring the motor up and all
but i clear my stock header.
Its a tad bit bumped in and i have a 1 piece DC 4-1 header

i really dont think so...its basically a slimmed down version of the stock setup, bolts to the exact same place, with the same bolts.
the tube is THICK too.

When are you going to understand that there is a LOT more to that pathetic situation that you will just never understand, or even know about.
Yet you continue to make yourself look like an idiot with you posts about it.
Oh well.

^ LOL...its been dealt with. A long time ago. Little man just can't stop the drama, same as in a lot of other places on this site. He likes to jump into peoples **** even though he does not know anything at all about the situation, just to stir things up.
Drama queen, and nothing else.

Utterly nonsensical twaddlespeak says I.
Back to cars...when the hell we all gonna get together to do a track event, autox or RR, I think that would be fun, with more people up to actually driving cars and putting parts to good use.

Hey guys, what's new in the EF world?
I want to work on the EF so bad, but I'm stuck at school because I started at a new job
. Also, I somehow ended up with a silver 5 speed Fit + sports package

It's a long story, but long story short...
The car was purchased straight up by my mother. I gave her a call this past weekend to check up on her and see how she was doing and told her about a few internship opportunities available to me at companies such as Northrop Grumman, Boeing, etc. Conversation turned to transportation (I currently bike everywhere I need to go around Irvine because of the way gas prices are/have been). Then she told me that she's signing over the car to me whenever I need it because she's going to pick up another new automatic Fit (my mother has been driving manual cars for the past 30 years or so and she's getting close to her 50's so the manual sports Fit was sort of an impulse buy to save on gas). Of course I left out a lot such as my cousin looking to buy an s2000 because she wants something fast, and my brother who can't drive standard getting a Corolla.
Cliffs: Mum getting too old to drive standard, buying another Fit that's auto, I get the 5 speed Sports Fit, cousin gets the s2k, bro gets the Corolla, all is good
Just need to get a break from this new job sometime and get the Fit signed over to me up in NorCal.
Edit: I am contemplating storing the Fit with my EF project for a few months though...simply because $60 a fillup every 2-3 weeks could go towards food, beer, or...school lol

A lot of us attend track days quite often...
Since my blue car is retired, I'm gearing up my '88dx for track duty. Swappin' in a y7 with goodies. Should be good for around 105-110whp and will hold me over until I build another time attack car. Just keep watchin' for when we head to buttonwillow next and meet up!
