i should have clarified. Looks odd as far as having an ef9 style bumper without the molding indentation. Sure it matches the rest of the car just fine though. My reference was towards the bumper itself.

Its a hatchback owner thing.

Just drove the Fit 7 hours from the Bay Area to Irvine. I swear, whoever thought it was a good idea to omit the dead rest pedal should be shot. My a** hurts so badly right now

I've got one from a 91 hatch if you want it. They are nice to have.

I took a 6 hour trip one time in my Fit, it didn't bother me a bit. In fact, I thought it was a great road trip car. Far better than the Element SC I took to IA last year.

You guys are pussies. Drive across the country in a CRX, then you can complain about being uncomfortable for a good bit of time. By the time I hit Missouri (misery), I was contemplating suicide. I did the trip in February, and encountered everything from rain in Ca, to 90s in AZ, then eventually ran into snow in St. Louis, all the way home. That being said, I can't wait to do it again, in May next year, with way stiffer suspension, 5 times the power, and more comfortable seats.

What was this CRX powered by? I was amazed Chase did it in an HF with like 7whp.

what the hell does it mean when your brake lights stay on even when the car is off??

I had to take out my tails just so I wouldn't drain my battery.

I had this happen with my wife's '84 Accord. I thought we had some serious electrical grimlens, but it turned out to be something mega easy to fix. Check the rubber/plastic piece on your pedal set that engages the button to turn off the brake lights. Ours was so old that it cracked and eventually broke into peices so it wouldn't push the button in to tell the tail lights to go off.

It's either that rubber piece or the switch, both of which are by the brake pedal.

It was an HF with like maybe 44whp. At least that is what I was predicting the drivetran loss at. Plus it wasn't even an HF it was an HF with a D15B2 block and head. Either way it was slow.

I love riding in his car and scraping the ENTIRE underside over speedbumps I can't believe that thing can get into our driveway every night. It's steep!

And thank you for taking off those horrid 16" Foogens.

This is my first experience with stiff springs and I must say I never knew would people meant when they said "yeah it like your riding on rails"
Actually I still don't know what that means. But I do know that when you hit a dip in the road you HIT a dip in the road.
Doesn't bounce its way out like my springs did.
haven't bottomed out though
