I like this one...lol. If I do infact register the CRX as classic, then I know I'd have limited mileage - so yeah' I'd def want the civic to play with more.

No crying here, just trying to make sure I dont do something stupid - way stupid.

Hey Joe, yours was running, then you had to go do a b18 then K swap with all the bells and whistles... and in the end it'll still kick both my cars asses and will get more looks ta boot.

True but a beater is more of a street toy. You can park where ever you want, and not worry about it getting stolen Im so **** about the crx, where i park it, where i go ect. Most of the time i just take it out to beat on it on the highway and **** and bring it right back home.

Funny thing is, in the shot with the open hood at an angle, it looks like a regular SIR hood wood clear.

Replace "crx" with hatchback and im exactly the same way. I usually just drive it to drive it.

Word, word. I also hope there isn't a D.A.R.E convention at the hotel this time. That could create some problems, you know.

any hood will clear any K, but the question is, will the oil pan clear the ground? i am not trying to be a smartass, just trying to change your manner of thinking a little on hood clearance. every mount kit puts it in diff place, so to speak. and if it doesnt clear the hood, thats not a bad thing. just means your pan wont drag thru the box.

example: ever notice how sometimes you see gsr/lsvtec swaps in EFs and the hoods webbing is cut, and sometimes its not?

pretty much just have to try it out, but short answer im goign to venture to say that hood on the yellow car will clear a k24, but a sir one will not UNLESS its that special SIR one without the webbing. that one MIGHT even clear a 24.

confirmation?
