Dont torque the studs, just screw them in hand tight (allen tight)

I always bottom them out with an allen wrench then back them out 1/2 a turn.

I'm gonna throw this out there, but does anyone have a Sparco/HBK steering wheel hub/boss for sale for cheap? Don't really wanna spend a lot on this as I have other priorities.
because otherwise, it defeats the purpose of using a stud and turns them into "bolts". Instead of the head pulling on the block, the block would then be pulling on the head. It is better for the combustion process for the head to pull on the block. thats why we get studs to begin with.
BTW guys: please check out my thread and buy something if you see you need it. http://www.hondamarketplace.com/zerothread/2166806

i've had a few EF's for the past couple of years....i just found this thread recently though. i've been posting a lot in the DA Integras thread though. here's my older EFs:
89 Si w/ JDM B18B swap with ITR pistons and crower stage 2 cams:
90 Std w/ JDM GSR Swap:

my favorite part about that car was the B&M short shifter, no console or shift boot (OEM), and the stock 4 spd ****. i loved that. it seemed to catch a lot of attention too.

Nice. EF's are the best.
Anyone else remember this thread going like 5-6 pages a night with random posts from CBE, Clayton, Chase, Joe, Bart, Kyle, Chemist, ect. Jeez i miss those times.

i think EF and DA are tied for the best. but nonetheless they are both wayyy better then "the others."

It will eventually help the building process go faster, now that I have a complete set of tools, and air power . Now I've just gotta get around to getting some parts..
