eat ****. on both counts.

im serious. people on h-t seem to PM me a million times on a daily basis asking the same **** over and over. it's annoying. if it isnt about my swap, than its asking to buy some parts and ******* lowball me a tremendous amount. if we finally agree on some middle-ground. they ******' disappear and when they reappear i ask if they still want the part, they decline but send over their lowballer friend that lowballs on the price his friend got.

ive only been on here to read lately and that's about it.

One of these days when I have a drivable CRX again, I really want to take the drive up the coast for one of the CRXPOs.

Call ARP. I believe it also involves re-checking the torque specs after you've ran the car.

TSX projectors, y0! Can't wait to retrofit them into my EF9 headlights...then for once I can have a "correct" LHD beam pattern for about the same price as EDM lights...just with HID's . Can't decide how I should sand out the fluting though...round in front of the projector or square?

^ haha, for sure I will . Not really as much to an HID retrofit as many think. Just fit the projectors into the housing square and straight, aim the beam, make a harness off the battery so you don't start a car fire with your toothpick OEM wiring, and you're good to go . Then from there it's aesthetics...shrouds, tucked ballasts, etc.

B16a head. Read up on the ITR head/head castings. This topic has been covered countless times, search is your friend .

Thanks a lot man . Read both of those a while back and was thoroughly impressed by the quality/quantity of pictures. I already know how I want to mount the projectors (been thinking about doing this for a while now). The way I figure it is...mount them as close to the plastic front lens as possible and sand out the fluting right in front of the projector. Just don't know if I want to go square like the RL in the first article or a circle around the "eye" of the projector. Probably the latter of the two, but we'll see how it goes in terms of space/how far forward I can really push the projector.

The good thing about the EF8/EF9 headlights is the fact that they're plastic/fluted...less to cover up in terms of aesthetics . Just need a front shroud as the eye of the projector will be the only thing visible in the setup . With the extra space in the back I could probably mount a slim ballast/igniter or even a city light .

I'm very curious to see what the beam looks like without touching with the fluting. i have seen the plug and plays, but very interested in an actual retrofit. good luck

you dont need to go through all that trouble.. just get some ebay headlights and use the plastic lense on oem housing.
