Think a little more in depth about it and maybe one day you might. Theres more to it than just having the correct tools and materials and thats experience or the "know-how."
BTW, welding to bare unpainted metal is preferred isnt it? I can still see a black painted surface inside those holes on your motor mount bracket, or is it just me?</TD></TR></TABLE>
no, i bolted the bracket in place and marked the holes with a pencil. then took the bracket off, and used a wire wheel to take the paint off on those spots. then bolted it back on and welded. Thats how the HASpot directions say to do it. i painted it just because i dont have my grinder and im not sure how long it'll be till i get to grind those welds down smooth.

How dont you trip breakers with a long *** cord ????

150a service in my little house. i changed the breaker to the outside receptacle to a 60amp. kinda overkill, but no problems.

i've never understood that attitude. Instead of spending $500 for an exhuast, spend $120 on materials. If you dont have a reciprocating saw, buy one ($80). Buy a welder, rent one.
Then when you are done with your exhaust you've spend like ~$600 total. but you have added a cheap welder, a sawzall, and a few other tools to your shed. Your next exhaust will cost $120 total! or roll cage, or whatever.

That was my mentality when building my turbo kit. diy everything
Edit: also get an cheap 4.5" angle grinder and some wheels and wire wheels (best tool investment evar

Does anyone know where I can score some?

If its OEM
then go to Honda and find out the part # for the block off plate on the STDs on the passenger side.
That'll give you one. Then ask them if they can locate the driver side part #.

The driverside block off is a Jdm part # only. I will look around for some for you nick.
Did they just not have it listed or did you pm "icbmatt" on here and he say they are not available anymore?

Their website says they're not in stock / made anymore
It's all good though, I did some research and found out you could use two U.S. passenger side plates and just flip 'em. Which works better for me since I have a sedan anyway
The reason I'm not running door-mounted mirrors is because I wanted to be different

Who-ever told you flipping them will work, i would think is wrong. The angles i don't will line up. Please don't do fender mounted mirrors haha
Anyone have a buddy club spec 2 on a hatchback? I would like some rear pictures!

That's how the OGs used to make Spoon mirrors for their cars; take a STD mirror cover and invert it and use the mirrors from another car. My mirror's not gonna be fender-mounted
Although I was contemplating just using one mirror and having my passenger hold the other one out for me

What's the process for torquing ARP head studs? With oem head studs/bolts you just set the head on and torque accoring to specs. With the studs, do you torque the stud to specs, set the head on, and torque the nuts to the same specs?
