That's what happens when you live on a big island in the middle of the ocean haha. Thanks for the suggestion, hopefully I can order mine soon. Sooooo ready to get rid of my 205-40s and raise my car up some.

I hope you're right. Otherwise i'm gonna hit up a moderator to give you an infraction

haha definitely love!
Our dollar is really strong at the moment, yet the savings of the exchange rate often arent passed back down to the consumer. Its actually cheaper to buy the tires in the US and ship them on a plane to here than it is to buy locally. Unfortunately, a few Aus distributers have realised this and have complained to big dealers like tirerack etc. So now they arent allowed to ship internationally. Fail.
But yea, great tire

thanks...

if not mistaken World Time Attack lists the Federal 595 RSR as Semi-slicks for the Open Class category...so they must be really good...considering getting these to replace my current T1R down the road... since theyre only about USD25 more per tire compared to the KU36 (205/50/15) here. and since i dont daily drive my car anymore.. wear isnt really much of a concern...
really wish Falken didnt kill off the ST115...those tires were amazing.. especially in the wet.. and in a country where heavy rains are a common occurrence... (we actually just had a flash flood 2 days ago lol) they could really come in handy....they were seriously the best tires ive used in the wet. and they werent slacking in the dry either...wears out pretty fast though..hehehe
RT615 is ridiculously priced here... just like the AD08... its actually ALOT cheaper to just buy semi slicks...sheesh
oh and anyone has any experience with Dunlop Direzza Star Spec Z1??

They are a popular tire in the club sprint class though.
Speaking of World Time Attack, Ive booked my accommodation for the event a few weeks ago, after last year its something that cannot be missed. I guess having the event in Sydney is a alright compromise for having to pay $$ for tires haha
Indeed they do. Although it would be pretty silly to choose to use the RSRs in open class with the number of R-compound tires available.

Mine are 16x7. The sidewall is way too short and the tires have a tiny bit of stretch and it drives me crazy. I got the tires brand new for $300 installed, so I couldn't complain too much about the size being 5mm off...
Exactly. You can kinda see the mini stretch on the bottom of the tire in this picture.
