And I'm very pleased with the times!! My goal as it sits was to break into the 13s and I've done it. Shooting for a 13.5 with slicks, maybe a little ambitious, but that's my goal.
Might try preloading the drivetrain with the e-brake so you don't have to work so hard at slipping the clutch. Helped me get from a 15.0 to a 14.8 in my old B16 hatch. Ran 15.0 8 times in a row, used the e-brake method and ran 14.8 a few times. God I miss that car and it wasn't even that fast..

Car was acting strange when I got it running. Took it in to see if I could get it ironed out on the dyno. Turns out after my s300 took a dump. Crome didn't want to sync with my tps. So after about 3 hours on the dyno. Finally got it drivable, didn't do any power pulls because I don't really intend to beat the crap out of it. I just want to drive it around. I made sure vtec changed over since I might hit it merging onto the highway. Got into it a lil bit. And left it at that. DD'ing is great. Made 202whp @6500 lol. Should hold me over till I put on new head/bigger cams for power t00n

Damn that's stout man, 200+ and not even giving it all she's got lol, can't wait to see how it does when you get all the kinks ironed out.
Still pooping on your k20aRRRRRR
. BTW: did I ever mention to you I ran the same 1/4 mile as you did with 197whp? I think I can beat you frmrollz right nao
Proving grounds is gonna be fuggin awesome.
Jealous. I need more nos, two of them by tonight. Haha. And it will be fun because I'm gonna be beast mode like B.O.B, not really but I was just listening to his song and felt like saying that. Lol.
Hey Felliphe, got a question. What have you guys (SHG) done/used to re-coat the inner wheel wells, and undercarriage? I'm wanting do mine as well, but can't remember what you used (spray or brush on?). I just recall it was gray and helped prevent rust. Also, did you strip the area prior to applying it, or just coat over it?

I haven't used it personally but have been around it enough and know a lot about it these days and "we" usually brush it on because its easier that way and more economical. Plus it comes out good because it doesn't leave brush strokes so it doesn't really matter. Evan has only sprayed it on his bumper support and it had to be diluted to the right ratio so that it sprayed nicely otherwise its too thick to shoot as is.
You should clean up the area you're going to apply it to so that it sticks and has a nice smooth surface. It doesn't have to be perfect but it should be really clean. You can use a wire wheel to get the OEM rubber coating off.
I am building my car to be "brand new" again more or less and I'd like for the undercarriage/wheel well to be like new and so back a long time ago I was thinking of doing with that sort of material (3M rubber coating) which looks like this:

However I decided against it because while it does look good and looks very OEM, its textured surface would hold dirt and be difficult to clean.
POR15 on the other hand is sick dude. Evan gets comments from time to time asking how he keeps his undercarriage so clean and his answer gets everyone. Nothing is what he says haha. He tells me he drives and dirt just doesn't stick to it. All you have is surface dust really.
When we were talking about it, he said see for yourself. I looked inside his wheel well through the RPF1s and it was super clean. It will all just be super clean and it is rustproof as well. Plus the gray POR just shows off your suspension really nicely

Heres some pictures...

Hope it helps!
Awesome man. I appreciate all the info for sure! How much does it cost anyhow? And how much do you think it will take? I'll do all the arches, as well as the undercarriage. Possibly the bay and interior to..?
I'm like you. I plan on holding onto this hatch for a good while, so I would like to do it right. I want to bring it to "new" again, like OEM+ I suppose. I honestly would love to disassemble it 100% and have it sand blasted top to bottom. I'm not sure if I can swing that any time soon, so this is my next option.

I also went through that dilemma. Would love to remove everything and just do a rotisserie build but no one can build their car the way they truly want because money is always an issue. I wanted to get a daily so that I can put my car on jackstands and just clean up the undercarriage and POR it but then after much talk with a fellow SHG member I came to the conclusion that while that would be nice, its not needed.
I can just drive it everyday and then get to work when I come home say on a weekend where I'll have 2 or 3 days downtime and do one wheel well at a time. Its much more manageable that way. One section at a time. I may get a spare set of control arms too so that I can just get my OEM parts powdercoated and use the spares for the meantime. When I install the coated original parts, I can just swap it out and sell the spare arms and get my money back. Same goes for other suspension components

Careful planning goes a long way my friend!
We at level7 are doing a full rotisserie build right now on a integra, we por15 the whole underside and everything, and just my 2 cents i highly recommend it but you have to remember that por15 has no UV protection so you must overcoat it with something to protect it...
Felt awesome to finally drive my car without serious issues. Snapped some pics while I was out.

(I have window moldings, just need a new windshield lol, and the rear will come down 1/2" to level it out)
Nice pic, looks great slowegg! 200hp is more than enough in these little cars. Chasing power is such a bad game to get stuck in haha.
Por15 is the business too
