looks like you're trading some bs, how can you do a lot of work to a car then get rid of it, i just cant understand it

Blue printed, balenced,
Skunk2 Stage2 Camshafts
Skunk2 Stage2 springs
Skunk2 Stage2 Retainers

Tuned on chrome. P28 socketed Ecu.

Lets just say, Its in the 300whp+ club



Get paint and some wheels and it will look decent.

Its a sleeper! For now.

yea dude Jose your car is nice, i would look further into the mods done to that car. because from the outside the engine bay looks like

 

dont let Jose's pictures fool you. his car may look good and clean from his pictures, but there is SO MUCH MORE wrong with it than meets the eye.. lol.. its probably a fair trade.. jose has problems, the other guys DC probably has problems too, and neither of them are mentioning what is really wrong with them.. lol.

but I would 100% definitely TRADE if I were in Jose's shoes.

anyone running the momo monte carlo on there DA post pic's if u got em
and also where can i find momo slim hubs and quick releases for DA's on weksos i only see stuff for ef's..or will ef ones work on DA's?

exactly, i wouldnt trade my DA for a DC anyway, the gsr's are nice but id still rather keep my DA plus mine is way to clean to give away eventhough some random person at a gas station offered me $3000 for it, im never letting it go

 

get the nrg slimhub and quick release.. i have one on my car

 

hey when in doubt...keep your DA and just buy a GSR

ef/eg/dc are all the same they have the same spline i had a eg momo hub on my da

I've actually used that kit before, and i will NEVER use it again. i hate that company. they are seriously the worst company in this industry that i've ever dealt with.

Not bad progress over 8 months, considering the car looked like this when I bought it for $800 late last year

Why do you say that? I think I remember your post on G2IC, something with the crossmember and not fitting right and so on...

 

I have the innovative billet mounts for 90-91 they are great and fit perfect. I however am not doing a hydro tranny so that might be the difference.

Why did you have such bad experience with Innovative?

I'm using their mounts and can't complain, it was hard to find DA mounts.
