Yea, not really concerned with numbers, just usable power.
Car was tuned at like 17- 18psi.
Mainly have it on the dyno for this new electronic controller.

Why are you so salty all the time? I like your car and I usually like your approach to stuff but you don't have to be such an elitist.

I'm not salty, just really stating how I feel. That's all. If you knew me in person I'm really just a coo dude who appreciates well built balanced cars.

That's fine but you definitely don't need to talk down to people the way you do sometimes. I'm not trying to start an argument or anything but that kind of thing really gets under my skin.

I don't think I talk anyone down, everyone just wants to hear positive comments and when it's not positive people feel offensive. Just like I've had more "negative" comments about my car more than positive, but it doesn't mean anything to me because the car will only reflect my style anyways, just as everyone else with their car/build.

Anyways, old pic I found. Few people would only know who's cars these are

It's hiding in an undisclosed location, and yeah, Patrick is no longer in the states.

Sucks man, i chewed up some bearings on the dyno last year. Due to it being my daily driver i had to get it running again asap. So I dropped the pan, saw that they weren't TOO BAD and changed the bearings on the dyno (pushed it back a few feet and went at it). I knew it wasn't going to last long but actually got a few thousand more miles out of it before it **** the bed.

seriously, why does that kind of stuff always happen to your car? has it only been since the turbo install?

Andy, I will get it rolling, it was making power before the pump died. Just going to freshen up the motor and all will be well.

LoL are you really relating and oil pump going up to a turbo?? Would be different if the motor blew up.
You mean the oil pump that's been on the car for, oh maybe 6 years and beaten on non stopped?

**** happens and old parts fail, no biggie.

just seems like your car is always having some sort of critical failure, thats all. I wasn't relating the two, just that i've noticed more and more problems with your car since u put the turbo on. we've had this conversation before.

Critical failure? This is the only big issue since the turbo went on and its not that big of a deal. More so maintenance.
only other issues ive had lately were distributor and the manifold, which the manifold is the only turbo related thing..

Anything you modify, make this much power and beat on all the time will have things happening.....

Not really. If it's built right it wouldn't have so many problems. It's not like you're racing the car in some crazy endurance circuit events. Just sayin.

LoL talk to me when you drag race, your car makes power or you know what your talking about in this situation!!

So yes, yes really. So your telling me I have control over the oil pump failing, please enlighten me on this? How could I have prevented this?!?!

Please tell me how I can get it "built right" in your eyes?

Go check out any local drag strip or anyone with a car making big power? Things fail and **** happens, it's all apart of the game in the quest for power. People have to replace parts no matter how a car is built.

Going by your mentality, next time I get a flat or I get a hole in my radiator, I'll know my car wasn't "built right".

I could have a stock swap in my car and these parts would still fail and need to be replaced. This oil pump is about 5 - 6 years old. Has seen tons of power and made at least 50 trips down the track in it's life time.

Parts don't last forever.........
