DA Integra's Only
Hey guys, I just bought a Da6 front bumper and it came with round fog lights just like this DC2 have:

Did the Da6 came with them or a japanese guy just went crazy??

so yeah, i took my da out this past sunday for the first time since i got my daily beater about 2 weeks ago and go figure, the da breaks on me! damn car. wont know what actually broke until i actually get a chance to tear it apart but its something in the tranny. clutch still feels the same and i can still shift gears while its running, it just wont go anywhere. i let the clutch out and it makes a whining/grinding noise n makes no attempt at all to go anywhere
Herb (i swear, i love that name. no homo) looks like you found the thread. and WTF?! um, dont make me get my legal team in here to stop you. you have a written contractual obligation to fulfill before trying to sell your car. Don't make me get kyle (knowledge) in here. lol.
I gotta say, good luck on the camaro. My shop neighbor has a '78 pro street and i give him **** all the time because its not reliable like my honda.
Ok, so I uploaded an old video that doesn't make me look like a total derelict.
This is what happens when you have VTEC ADD and you have a camera mount in your car...

Don't make fun of my attempt at pop-locking

lmao, i'm kidding... i wouldn't sell either of those cars to buy anything else.
I believe he had Tokico Illumina shocks set on 4 front and 3 rear? with Ground Controls sleeve coilovers. That's not bouncy, that's just stiffer suspension being rebounded faster than crappy shocks would rebound on soft crappy springs/coilover sleeves

...But ever since I drove that GTR I couldn't give three ***** about a DA Integra. I need $80,000 in a BAD way.
Of course now that time has passed I would do it all differently. If I had a DA and it was to be primarily street driven, I think the ultimate setup is:
Koni Yellow shocks for a DC Integra application (shorter than DA shocks) and EG/DC front shock forks (you have to use these). The rears bolt right up. Then I'd get a set of Ground Control sleeve springs, 10kg/mm front, 8kg/mm rear. I'd finish it off with Ground Control extended top hats.
With this setup, the car is already a little lowered with shorter shocks, and the top hats lift the shock another ~1". This way you can be low on the streets and not have to worry about damaging your shocks or compromising shock travel at all.
I wish I had the patience/money and time to want to revamp my shocks and springs. I'd use some DC shocks with extended top hats so I could be lower and not feel how crappy my current setup would be any lower. Swift 12k Front 10k Rear sucks on my Illuminas any lower than what I have it at now. F it though, I'm just into driving the car as it is now.

dont we all...
although my new (temporary) love is the lexus LFA. as said b4 LFA=lexus ****ing awesome! BUT i would still go for GTR cuz for 1/6 the price the quarter is still faster.

I'd daily the **** out of a GTR.
Only problem w/ EF/EG/DC Koni Yellows is that they aren't valved as aggressively as the ones for the DA. It's probably a minimal difference, and if the DC shocks work on a DC, then they should on a DA since weight isn't much different. But, before you go running other shocks it's something you should know.
