Bike riding is awesome, I need to pick it up.
Also started rocking climbing then bailed on that too, it's been forever!

Basically I run a standard routine of school and work while lifting on my lunch break M-F
and sleep and errands on the weekend.

The wideband is way down stream too, a little past the firewall. It still reads WAY off and horribly, we had to tune the car with an LM-1 unit which sucked because it was hard to look at.

My buddy has the AEM unit in his GSX and that thing has been on the money all year.....
It's only on the money because you have nothing to compare it too, lol j/k

IMO AEM isn't the best choice but, mine is my own real life experience. Others may be different. No recalibration makes it difficult to trust to always be accurate.

We never tune on an LC-1 or AEM at that. They are in car widebands. I'd never trust them to tune on. To me the accuracy just isn't there.

I'd love to run an LM-2 in the car at all times but we just bought one for the shop and it wasn't cheap. To me there really isn't a small in car wideband worthy of trusting 100%. IMO they are just to make sure something isn't taking a ****. It's a safety net kind of thing.

Haha true but it's hard to complain when the car is as fast as it is.

There are some local guys that run LM-1 units in their cars, Hahha. So ugly!!

I started working out 5-6 days a week since summer and just lifted with little cardio, but just recently started P90X a month ago so it's also 6 days a week.

Exactly and when does muscle have time to repair and grow? When you rest. And when you over train it's worse then not training at all due to the effects on the body.

I work out 5 days a week. I work at a gym so it's pretty convenient. I've been at it for about 5 months now and I've only gained 10 pounds. Being a hard-gainer is kind of weak, but it beats being a fatty :]

been lifting/dieting for almost 2 months, lost about 10 pounds so far, hoping to settle in at about 190-195, main goal is just strength gain and weight loss right now

I make sure I don't over train or else I wouldn't have lost about 50 pounds already and gained muscle already

A lot of people say this buy very few actually do, would be interested to see in what. I take a large amount daily and couldn't fathom 5000 quality cals a day.

Please check out the Fitness forum, I have a thread there for daily meals, please show us what 5000 cals looks like.
