Nah, I just cut & rewelded the driver's side lower rad support over for the new rad.

IMO thoh, the DA's front end structure really does block good oncoming airflow to the rad, the way the front end is made, and I couldn't find a way to remedy it without hacking up the bumper, and I didn't wanna do that. So I just went with a rad shroud.

I think he meant yours. Lol I haven't post a pic of my car in here for awhile been doing a lot of work on it. Just barely passed smog yesterday at my 4th attempt. Rebuild my engine and put a brand new cat converter. New o2 sensor. New muffler. Tie rods and ball joints. Rack and Pinion. Spend almost 1k on it eversince i got it in feb.

I was bored a few days ago and was messing around with a paint.net program. Lol i added a sidemarker and some rims. Just wanted to picture how some rims would look on my car thats all. Lol but I made the pic look ink'd out because you can totally tell its fake but still....haha Da's FTW!

Matt, what's your plan for that AutoX? I'm running a 5k that day, but depending on what time you'll be there and where it is maybe I'd have time to cruise by and check it out.

 

anyone have a good idea of how long a dump tube should be? i think mine is heat soaking my radiator, some pics of others dump tube setup would help a lot

I HIGHLY doubt that your dump tube is heat soaking your radiator........
Do you mean down pipe?

Think about it the dump tube is only venting exhaust when the wg spring opens at whatever psi it is preset to.

 

i found them on acuraoemparts.com but the number isnt listed that usually means they are discontinued.

We'll have to play it by ear. My run is in Irvine as well, but afterwards I'll want to come home, shower and swap cars (If I cruise down to meet you I figure I might as well get my Integra out of the garage and put some miles on it . I'm assuming I'll be leaving the 5k around 1pm.)

 

ill put it to you like this my dump tube is pretty much wide open after about 2 or 3 inches sticking straight out in my engine bay no bends it just goes straight out ....and yes the dumptube from the waste gate

 

i would at least 90 it down towards the ground and add a lil bit of length to it. i usually see them hang down at least to the bottom of the oil pan
