Most aftermarket manifolds now come in 2-3 different versions: pr3 head, p72 head, and sometimes nonvtec.

LS manifolds won't work on a vtec head...

And really if you're building a motor then anything less than an ITR manifold is a waste of your time. You'll want an ITR, ITR replica, or an aftermarket piece which is even better. So when looked at from that perspective the only manifold you can't use with a p72 head is the OEM ITR.

someone kicked the quarter in on my car yesterday for no apparent reason. that's what i get for trying to keep my car under a cover in the corner of a private parking lot. whoever did it had to teach me a lesson for spending so much time and money on something that i love. so bummed right now..

WTF? Helms manual goes into great detail on pretty much everything, and has elaborate troubleshooting procedures for all CEL's and many other instances such as car not starting and the oil pressure warning light as mentioned above.
yeah i'd def like to have one. guess i should search it. i could really use the trobule shooting part right now for my 94 civic. i never said i liked my haynes, just that i had it lol. the chiltons is better than haynes, but if the helms is like the factory service repair manual, i'm sold. i think i actually downloaded one for a gsr the other day when i was lookin for ring and bearing specs

same cams i have. i love em. they're not real aggressive but they def. give the ls the missing top end from 5k to redline along with a lil more aggressive mid range as well

Cool, they look wider than oem visors. Or is it just the finish that makes them seem that way?
