DA Integra's Only
i know, im just wondering if its towards Ef9vsDa9, because this whole time i thought he didnt even have a car HAHAHA. Trust me, i dont like my sportmaxx's either.
reading pwns u
idk i just went there and got all the body work and the presidential paint job, it turned out much better than i expected, still needs color sanding but great "bang for the buck"
Edit: Forgot the mention, many of you know that the car got hit on the fender, well with the money i got from that, i was able to replace both fenders, the driver side door, rear bumper and valance, go to maaco and get all of the dings taken out and get the car resprayed, still had enough money left over to buy an mp3 player as well.

DumaDA: There are a bunch of little things you can do to your car to make it nicer. I'm not saying this to hate, I'm just trying to help. Your car could be really clean.
1. Paint the trim pieces in the upper corners of your windshield back to black. The vast Majority of DAs have the black finish worn off of these pieces and it sticks out when they're silver.
2. Get some new side mouldings ASAP.
3. Wetsand those headlights, or even take some 3M rubbing compound to them. They look tired.
4. Paint the grille in your bumper black.
5. Re-mount that 1st gen Integra lip to sit evenly. You can tell it's sitting higher on the sides.
6. Get an OEM muffler.
All of these thnings are cheap to do and will make a night and day difference on your car.

most of those are all actually on my to-do list. (They arent in the same order as yours though)
1. Already sanded the grill to be painted back to black, front and rear moldings will be sanded and trim painted as well.
2. My friend has a set of jdm thing side moldings that im going to pick up.
3. I need a new set of headlights because all of my tabs are broken and a clean set is only 250$.
4. Im going to change my exhaust again hopefully soon once my b20vtec motor goes in and have 2.5" all the way out instead of 2.25"
5. I put on that lip at night time and i was freezing so i didnt really put the washers in the right spots.
Thanks for the input though, i havent had the car back for too long yet, im going to try to handle the motor first and then work out all the smaller details of making the car clean again

I wouldn't be in a rush to do the engine, though. I can tell you want a B20 VTEC, and with how low your car sits combined with a 2.5" exhaust, that's just going to set you up for a trip to the CA state BAR referee when Jake pops your hood.

There is absolutely NO WAY to make a B20 VTEC legal in California.
i know that. But alot of cops around here no jack **** about motors, i dont plan on making my engine bay clean, not even any after market parts, that motor is going to look dirty and bone stock, probably with a shaved valvecover as well. My ls is pushing like 241k, its about time to replace it hahaha
damn duma, you said it was freezing out, how cold was it, 50 degrees? lol, just playin' man, I didn't think it got cold in cali, I know the couple times I went to la it was 65-70.
man i want to get my teggie painted. i just want a bit more torque for my teg right now i got super low miles under 50K kinda just wanna build a head but i think ill do all show no go until i do that and than mayyybe do some motor work.
im really thinking about getting rid of my rims, and going with something thats not low offset, when i turn it rubs the fender pretty badly and now the paint on the bottom of my fender is chipping. Time to start shopping around
Yeah cali people dont know what cold is lol...I was just in vermont snowboarding...It was -4 during day and -15 at night...If your breath would hit your goggles it would freeze right away lol
On a good note its like 45 in pa today lol

duma, you're going to take those hot *** wheels off? For you motor setup, You're better off going for something that can be legal. Emissions are only going to get tougher, just be prepared to get messed by cops if your car doesn't look stock, trust me I have experience with this.
its ok, im used to getting messed with by cops. 24/7. 99% of the time people get stateref not for the actual motor, but for an intake, or FPR, etc. My motor is going to be as stock looking as possible, and i already have my smog hook up
What about cops who actual check the engine stamp? They have an actual hand book and everything of what motor is legal and illegal for the car. I'm just saying be ready for it. Don't be mad if you get caught and have to get a state ref ticket and possibly losing your car.
