and also bought a 93 black RHD DA5 for track days for 200 euro

As for your overheating if the car overheated while sitting you may want to check your fan. Is it on, is it blowing the right way?

Since it's been more then once its def not an air bubble.

I battled this problem last year and it ended up being a small leak in my head gasket. Pull your rad cap off and start the car, if it sprays coolant out of the rad neck your hg is blown. If not I'd say flush the cooling system, change your thermostat and bleed the system correctly.

sounds good hommie, I will hit you up. yet the meet was small, about 10-12 cars showed up, it was ***-cold out so we didn't hang out there long, ended up fighting a crowd to get in green turtle in columbia, it was packed!

the bumper is up in paint at the moment back on friday will post pics then...the lip cost me 320euro all in inc shippin and tax duty...
i will also post pics of the new DA5 on friday

It's an OEM real lip from the "optional" kit. No replicas as far as I know. Definitely not an easy piece to locate.

ye man i know its dear for a lip...but its officially the only one in ireland..and i love it

damn so the lip is gonna be impossible to find in ireland then lol
so do you think i should leave it with the JDP OE1 lip on the front,mugen sides and no rear lip or add on??

I bet shipping coast alot...It coast me $50 from cali to pa...So im guiess probley like $200 to ship it lol...They are really nice lips though

man oh man if anyone in SJ area ever has some lips that they've facked up ill take it off your hands my stockie lip is just too small XD

question some times my idle runs up a bit high some times it randomly goes to like 1K and when i cold idle it starts off at 2K should i wait for it to warm up before driving? it usually drops down to 800 once it warms up but sits like above 1K for a few minutes

It's an OEM real lip from the "optional" kit. No replicas as far as I know. Definitely not an easy piece to locate.

jdp makes a replica of the front lip. i could've sworn i saw the full kit somewhere, but maybe i was wrong?? either way, i love to get my hands one a real one, or even just the jdp replica front lip.

speaking of jdp...was just on their site. has anyone else been on there lately? i see they just released a low profile carbon rear lip-style wing... im not sure if i like it or not...

It's supposed to be like that rare wing for the db1's isn't it? I kinda like it, but wouldnt get it in carbon fiber.

I'd love to get my hand on the rest of the 90-91 OEM lip kit, all i have is the front lip. :/

yes and no...the wings west rear is actually a half bumper cover. resembles the oem optional lip in a way, but is actually a copy of the mugen rear, which is also a half bumper cover (kyle or someone correct me if i'm wrong on this)

yeah i believe so. i saw it said they released the sedan and hatch versions. i'd like to see a pic of it on a non-carbon hatch so i could actually see what it looks like completely, instead of just being blended in with more carbon fiber

i was tempted to keep that lip when i sold the car, i just figured it would be a burch to ship and nobody would be willing to pay decent money for it. it was def one of the more rare parts i had on there, looks so much better with the rear lip

haha yeah i think i need to see more examples of it before i can decide. like, for starters, show it on a car that doesnt have carbon hatch on it. then show it in a non carbon form as well... i think it might be a great product, but they way they're showing it off isnt helping them
