Default Rebuild my Turbo D!@ beware of my useless car knowledge!

Welp ive been trying to sell my crx for the past few months..no bites. I've put some money into this car attempting to make a fun drag car for myself...purchased an integra assuming id build that.........well this car continues to tease me with its rediculous intercooler so, i said f it...lets do this ha, integra can wait for its boost when this cars setup for some DDing and drag use.

This is tallkyles old turbo kit...i love the kit, little worried about the oil line to the pan, but we'll see how it works out.

Right now the car smokes like hell, had a issue with the wg not opening and i went to 25psi .... pretty sure that helped the cause, oh and that it has 192k miles on it rofl...im dumb, but learned lesson......it's tempting to just throw on a turbo and say lets run these f'ing streets, but ya...dumb.

soo i would REALLY appreciate any help on this build...tips on rebuilding, parts, tuning, or just cool ef ****...i want to get this yellow box hitting low 12's on slicks, perhaps even a 11's! k wont go that far.... currently the car looks like this

..and it's bored to hell

soo the first goal is to get that motor out of there on a stand.....we'll see how the folks like that ha.

k on with buying stuff...

if you have anything for sale let me know, im also looking for 86 crx wheels, thoughs ugly 4 hole ones, be funny as hell seeing them all polished up with some meat

man, if that was lowered with a nice set of wheels that car would be realllll NICE.

Grab a cheap sohc vtec, convert to obd1, keep the setup you have, and just have it tuned reliably. You were real opened with your post, but with the right turbo and a sohc, you could 12's easy on slicks.

You ever have a problem where your radiator cap hits your hood??? Or did you adjust your radiator and tilt it back some?

The kit came with that bracket to push the radiator back....so ya, there's a pretty nice tilt there, work though

What kit is it??? I would like to hear about it cause my hood keeps hitting my cap and it would twist the cap right off.

its a custom kit...basically the radiator sits on top of the traction bar, tilted back with that bracket to hold it in place...gotta fab something up to support it from the bottom :/
