Hondata s300 installed in obd2 ecu? Is this possible.
I am in the market for s300 with boost option and am watching one on ebay. The guy claims its an obd2 p28 ecu with the s300 installed. I thought you could only use 0bd1 ecu's. Any help apprieciated.

Maybe the ecu is an obd1 ecu with obd2 plugs installed ?
I doubt it, but this maybe the case.
Hondata S300 only supports obd1 engine computers.

I have never posted pics here before. The auction ended, I won the complete s300 with boost installed in an obd2 converted p28 for $615 shipped. The guy had 100% positive feedback, and a high feedback number so I think I'll be ok.

Its always nice to save a few bucks, but not knowing if your six hundred plus dollar investment is going to be backed by any kind of customer service or reputation is not a good feeling
Hopefully you end up with a positive experience
