Sorry I couldn't browse through to find,, but what size injectors will you run?

Nice find on the LHT, btw. Did that set you back a grand or full price?

The part I like about these cars is that the cars weigh so little. Numbers like that or more are really kicking these cars into another level. Power to weight ratios can be so much fun,, especially messing with cars that spend so much more money and weight so much more!

Long live my little Pocket Rocket!

Now that we're back on the topic of cars...
Yes, you hit the nail on the head. We can build a fun car for the price of a down payment on an evo or sti. It does my heart good to take out a V8 or one of the import supercars. My second practice run at Import Wars #1 I took out a brand new EVO.

But if you gain 20 extra HP, you'll feel the difference. If you put a JR blower on any D16 you will experience gains of 40%. The best part is that you still maintain the economical aspect of your Honda. Torque and power when you need it.

Good example!
Going fast just costs less in a Honda. We break things periodically but not at the frequency of our friends racing equipment from other import manufacturers.

Hey guys so Im running a fully built bottom end and im wondering how much timing I can pull out to get some more power. Its a d16a6 bottom end Scat rods je pistons 10.3.1 compression ratio at 10 psi I dont know if I should put the y8 pulley on or try bumping up the timing a bit . Timing is .75 degress retard per pound of boost. I not a pro at tunning I have chrome right now but want to learn more.

So you must be running a small blower pulley correct? I dont know if I would go any higher with boost if you are running that much compression and on a nonported or noncooled blower.

Sorry should have said that its a ported blower by Endyn I have the 3.4 pulley on right now. Do you think heat soak will be a issue? I would assume scat rods and je pistons should take some abuse

Your better off than I am right now as my blower is not ported so you can run a little more boost. Two things though your timing seems to be on track with what I have but I would let a tuner on a dyno do my thinking second, honda map sensor can only go to about 11 psi so you may want to consider upgrading. The bottom end sounds like a good piece. Any hp numbers?
