Cody,
Figure out who you want to tune your car when it's done. Go pick his brain and find out what he thinks will compliment your setup. It's quite likely that he's had more success with a particular cam based on your setup. Most good experienced tuners have seen a wide range of things that work well and things that work very well.
Do you have a shop/tuner in mind?

i do have a tuner in mind, luke at beyond redline in green bay, he is usually a dsm guy but within the last year he has done hondas too with great success. i honestly believe he is one of the best tuners in the state, i seen him tune his own ls turbo civic and make 260whp in aprox an hour of tuning. the only problem is like i said he is usually a dsm guy so as for asking him about a cam he really hasnt had alot of experience with thats why i came to you guys, i have been looking into the stage 2 crower turbo cam or a zex cam not sure though

i have seen the NON vtec SC'd single cam engines make more power than the vtec models.

i have seen a few d15b's making decent numbers. but the MAJORITY that i have seen making over 165whp are all d16a6. the JRSC was originally designed for that engine too btw.

We arent talking about a6's though are we? a d15b7 vs. d15b vtec is what the guy was talking about. 102hp vs. 130hp....hmmm. not to mention more rpms, vtec, and more love from the aftermarket world....

Just adding to the supercharger thread, This is my dyno sheet @ 9lbs of boost , cold air AEM intake, Kamikaze header , greddy sp exhaust. I have a D16y7 non-vtec.

I will be upgrading soon, to a ported S tube, blower , and intake manifold and will post the dyno chart too, so we can see the difference between the stock blower, and a modded blower on a stock engine, before I build the bottom end this winter. Also notice on the dyno chart it was only rev to 6600 rpms , I have upgraded the valvetrain and will redline at less to 7500-7600 rpms. SiRay13 I can't wait for your #s , hope everything goes well!!
