I don't see a B18C5 making 210.

Make an apples to apples comparison. Non-Vtec 2.0L DOHC to Mits 2.0L DOHC.
Honda-126-143HP. Mits-135. Again, I simply asked for a link to cylinder head flow for hondas. </TD></TR></TABLE>

ok...stock 96 ITR head flowed 256cfm

hmm..giant square ports..

but either way...honda enges are much more effiecent. considering all vtec engines are over 110% VE, we can get away with bigger turbos

thats the kind of motivation i need
my car already pulls really hard non turbo on 9.7:1 dished pistons and ls tranny. just put my bid for the h1c. ill probably run it compressor on driver side.

ps: what would be the advantage if i had a manifold made that joins runners 1 and 4 and 2 and 3 for the twin scroll?

a true twin scroll will give you an even faster spool time

yep faster spool...but ill tell you this boost just comes on so quick...its sick...i think the most satisfying result of my project...is that i can go out and blow by kids who have dumpted 10-20g's into their cars...and i built mine all myself w/ my own research etc...i stepped off the beaten path in the footteps of dsms...and ran a holset...the best part of it all at the last meet we had...a dodge truck pulled a trailer in w/ a honda...i asked him to pop the hood...and showed the comparision...of takin his turbo and movin it to my honda...everyone got a kick outa that...and ive been couped up inside all day...i think its time for a full boost run...be back in a few...hopefully i dont get pulled over...knock on wood

Have question about stock H22A engine. For safe tuning I'm looking for some good pressure ratio in manifolds. If 14 psi intake manifold then not more than 6psi in exhaust manifold. For H22A stock stroke and stock compr. rate.

Which Holset turbo do I need to looking for?

Thank's

you could go with like an h2c or something, but it might be a tad bit laggy. you could go with an hx40, it would give a nive powerband

id go w/ what wantboost suggested... a hx40 w/ a fairly big housing...16-18cm to controll wheelspin...

gettin drizzy nothign beats its...

speculated a/r's on holsets:
hx35
w/ divider about a .55 a/r
w/ divider removed about a .63 a/r

i actaully am takin my facts from a user who used this turbo back in the day...kinda gave me inspiration to go this route...he actually sealed off the housing and measured it....

and the boost response of it...being a .82 etc...seems way to big for how well it responds to my lil ls/vtec....god i love my car...its really startin to scare the **** outa me...4th gear redline pull...w/ ice in the air/water resivior...i was seeing intake temps around 70ish...w/ ambient about 85....thing is all ballz...im just awaitng the cops showin up to my house now....the only place long enough and staight enough is going by this autoshop...wizzin by at about top of 3rd...and its loud as fauck...i am so eager to finally get crome running again so i can up the boost to 15psi...that when **** is gonna start breaking....and ill seriously start consdiering an lsd...this troque steer crap is is drivin me mental!

Wahooo, this guy at work has a 03' dodge with a manual tranny and upgraded his turbo a couple of years back. He said that I could have his old stock holset for free. Anyone know which holset came on an 03' dodge with a manual tranny??

Um, take it anyway

Pretty sure by '03.5 they were using some different stuff, so depending on build date it's either an HX35 like everyone else is using, or something FUNKY.
