Small update for tonight...

Cut the holes for the side exit exhausts...
I know they are not going to be everyones cup of tea, and in its current state the body doesnt help my case lol, but I think they came out looking pretty awesome.. The side with the tip only looks funny because the tip is dangling, so its angled itself right upwards... Need to suss the piping now, but for now that is it, needed to cut the holes pre-respray...

the main reason is simply symmetry lol
secondly, im hoping that a 3" exhaust, split into 2 3" exhausts with mufflers will reduce the restrictive effect of the mufflers...

Ah thanks mate! Are you a fellow driveway slugger??
To be honest, when i redid the garage, intended on putting the car in there, but all the interior parts, engine and tranny parts filled it up quickly.. So im stuck in the puddles outside - damn crazy paving!

Nah im sorry mate- but you were so close its almost correct..
The tattoo is actually a subaru 4wd box, which is as near as damn it a g50! Not that i particularly admire the subaru gearbox, but it was the best picture i could find.. In fact id love to say that it was a G50 but it slipped my mind until now lol

Good evening, just time for a little update before i eat ALL of the pancakes in the world!
Tonight it was time to remove the masking tape from the B20, installed the new sump (minus the seal- knackard), installed the cam drive pulley and accessory pulley.

Began work on the new placement for the dry sump pump, it fouls on the top mount manifold, so ive lowered it. I dont know if the pictures are deceiving but it isnt that low to the floor, the engine is at an extreme angle on the stand and the moroso sump is alot shallower than the new one..
(just to make sure i was making the new one parallel to the pulley)

Ive nearly finished it, had to add a little bit more steel at the bottom, and itll all need a good tidy up and cut to the correct shape, but its going well so far..
And if anyone knows where i can get a gilmer belt, 1" wide, and about 30" long can they let me know.. Im really struggling to find anything over 27"...

I don't go on build threads, but was told to look at this, and wow. Great work thus far. Only thing I would do is look into a better crank pulley, one that is dampened. ATi preferably, or Fluidampr. The all metal, non-dampened versions are bad, and the Performance Products one is junk as well. Just want your engine setup to be problem free bud. Great work thus far
