if anyone can help me out with this it would be greatly apprechiated.
in order to supercharge this build i was going to modify a jackson racing kit..
What i might do now, is source and modify an Eaton M45 / 62. Im hoping that somebody might have all the alternator pulley, belts, tensioners, idlers for the jackson racing b series kit..
Please, if you can help, if you happen to have a broken jackson racing charger and would like to sell the remaining parts of the kit, please drop me a PM..

I know what you mean.. On another note, if i do end up twincharging it- i wish i had gone for a larger frame turbo like the GT35r.. lol
Oh well, as ive said, if i cant find the JRSC belts / pulleys, i wont be doing it..

yeah i was following the build for a while, but thanks anyway mate!
Small update for tonight anywhoo!
The control cables arrived for the rear wing. Although i cant use them as the wing mounts are at the chromers, i took the time to assemble it all.. Unfortunately had to make some changes as the cables didnt quite come as i expected them to but it didnt take long to sort it out.

And a rather nice touch i didnt expect, the cables are purple lol

I know mate.. I thought they would be black lol
Hopefully the stuff should be back from chroming next week (fingers crossed) so i can get the thing assembled and running.. Then its just simply a case of recording the sensor positions at the various angles and heights i want and amending the software!
woot!

small update again
fitted the actuator to the rear firewall.. Wanted to do it before i painted the actuator itself..

Last pic shows the radiator all fitted- just enough room in between to run the air intake cowl for the radiator

there will be a fibreglass cowling over the radiator, there are 2 dual 3" NACA inlets on the sides of the car, which have ducts routed into the cowling..
The rear number plate recess is cut out and meshed to allow the heat to escape..
The thermal management computer monitors all the temperatures and runs the fans to suit. Including running them at slow speeds whilst the car is warming up, and proportionally increasing airflow as the car slows to a stop...
Good news today, ive been waiting weeks for this to arrive. Its a custom trigger wheel, for my dizzy replacement system..

I sure am mate...
The Hondata S300 will still control it all, i have simply made a converter that takes the 36/1 trigger wheel signals and outputs the signals a honda distributor would output.
The same system takes the ICM pulse from the ECU and directs it to the audi COPs

Nice work with the trigger wheel, did you have a shop CNC cut it or what?
And do you think you will have vibration issues in the engine without the harmonic ballancer? I hear so many horror stories of people with the light weight aluminum pulleys destroying oil pumps and bearings.
