Default Motorola 3 Bar MAP Sensor Install

What I did was use an extra TPS Sensor housing since it uses the same plug as the MAP. I gutted the inside, soldered the wires to each prong, and filled the rest with 5 Minute Epoxy. (By the way, soldering the MAP sensor was the biggest pain in my *** ever! I guess having a jeweler's soldering iron would have been easier)

I plan to mount this to the firewall and run a vacuum line. I'm using a Victor X manifold, I think it has extra ports in the back there. Will that be fine for a vacuum source? I'll also leave the stock MAP in place, just not plugged in.

Hope this works out, I know the wiring schematic is correct. Just wanted to show everyone the install.

It may not be pretty, but I'm okay with it.

GM 3 Bar would have been an easier install, but a little more costly.

yes you can use any vac port on the bottom of your manifold.
