lude dies while driving
thks for replying. it only happen once. i was going downhill towards a turn, i shift into neutral and it dies. i put in gear to start it. i try it in neutral while driving, the rpm drop really low that it almost die again. thks guy, i'll ck the valve lash
If only happened once then I wouldn't worry about it as much. Try this drill .. Let car warm up to op.temp., in Nuetral rev engine to 3000 rpm and watch where the RPM drops to. If it goes below 700 RPM at all then you must adjust your idle using the 'Idle adjusting screw' on your throttle body. >> Start the car, let warm up, remove IACV 2P connector, adjust idle by using the idle Adjusting screw on the TB, set to about 550 rpm, shut the car off, plug the IACV 2P connector, Reset the ECU, and start back up. You should should be 750-780 RPM after the reset.
